Hello mga kapatid!  I've been lurking around other threads here preparing for my wedding when I chanced upon this thread.  Sobrang salamat at nakita ko to.  I have so many questions now I don't know where to start.....

      1.  Sino po ba una naming kakausapin/lalapitan?  Kalihim po b, katiwala or [textspeak!] pastor ng lokal kung saan kami nakatala?
       2.  Is it allowed to have our wedding sa lokal na pareho kami dun hindi nakatala?  He's from MMS, and I'm from MMC.  Sobrang end to end yung mga lokal namin (add to the fact na yung lokal niya sobrang liit at likod ng palengke parang hindi kami kakasya pag dun ginawa) so we were thinking to have it somewhere in the middle.  Parang halfway where he's from and from where I'm from and near majority of our guests.  Ok lang po ba yun?
       3.  If puwede po makasal sa ibang lokal other than your own sino po ang lalapitan para magpaalam?  Magsasalaysay po ba muna kami or punta na agad kami sa District office? Pwede na po ba magpaschedule at this time?  Hirap din po kasi magayos ng ibang details if hindi pa fixed yung church schedule and location.  December 2013 po pala schedule namin.
       4.  And I read here about requirements about ninongs and ninangs na dapat isang pair lang non-INC at dapat 5 pairs lang.  Was it specifically written po?  Just asking, kasi I've attended a lot of INC weddings na their ninongs and ninangs were half and half at least.  And there was this wedding I saw at least 8 or 10 ata pairs ng ninongs at madami hindi INC.  Or depende sa lokal or sa ministro na magkakasal? 
       5.  About the salaysay ng magulang, what if hindi kapatid mga magulang niya?  Is it okay parents ko lang magsasalaysay?
       6. Pwede na po ba ko kumuha ng Cenomar at this time kahit December pa kmi ikakasal?  I read somewhere yung marriage license kasi good for 100 or 120 days lang so pwede yun kunin 4 months before the wedding na diba.

Well i guess eto na muna.  I can't get the rest out of my brain.  Grabe nakaka-stress ito.  Anyway salamat ng marami sa mga kapatid na handang tumulong.

sis silyn - I hope the below answers would help you.

1. Una nyo po puntahan ang kalihiman ng lokal. Kausapin ang pangulo kalihim kung available pa ang date na napili ninyo. Pag okay, pwede nyo na kausapin ang destinado/pastor.

2. Pinapayagan naman po ito. At may kaukulang salaysay na dapat isumite naka lagay ang dahilan kung bakit nyo dun sa lokal na un magpakasal.

3. Paki lapitan po pangulo kalihim ng lokal at ang destinado/pastor. See number 1.

4. Yes po. Nakalagay po sa form na ipapasa nyo sa distrito kung sino sino ang mga ninong at ninang at ang kanilang relihiyon.

5. Opo. Magulang lang ng kapatid na ikakasal ang magsasalaysay.

6. Mas maganda po kumuha ng cenomar 6 mos before the wedding.

@ sis lenierose928-  thank you so much for answering all my questions. ikaw na ang "virtual tagapayo" talaga!    If ok lang po ask na din ako ng copy ng new requirements (2013) na hinihingi sa atin ng distrito at lokal pati na din po pala nung sample or format ng mga needed na salaysay. ^thanks sis beng! I decided to pursue the coordination services since and daming kapatid na naghahanap ng INC wedding coordinators. minsan daw kasi sila pa yung nag oorient pag hindi kapatid ang coordinators.

FYI pala mga sisses na naka booked or currently pencil booked sa lokal ng Cubao, please coordinate po with the Pastor or with the locale secretary. Currently po kasi they are not accepting wedding bookings until December 2013, as the locale is scheduled for renovation.

^hehe, 3 weeks ang lead time nila sis to process the rings. what time ka pwede sis, i'll check kung available ako. actually indi ganun kalayo sis. u could take katipunan c-5 road para mabilis ang travel. dun ka daan sa may UP sis.

Mga sis, patulong naman po... regarding marriage license and requirements na kukunin sa munisipyo, ganito po kasi yun...

Ako po ay taga lokal ng Manggahan, distrito ng MME... Si BF ay taga lokal ng Ugong, MMS.... Ikakasal po sana kami sa lokal ng Ugong... Si BF ay originally taga Cavite, and meron syang kakilala sa munisipyo... Question ko po is saan po kami dapat kumuha ng marriage license? or does it matter po kung saan? Pwede po kaya sa Cavite kung saan may kakilala si BF? Thanks in advance!

sis tsyen - isang marriage license lang naman po ang need nyong dalawa ni BF. So it's either sa munisipyo na kung saan ka natira o si bf nakatira, pwede kayo kumuha. Kung may kakilala si BF sa cavite, much better po kung dun nalang kayo kumuha.

Hello po sisters!

Tanong ko Lang po Kung how long po does it take to approve the marriage request. Out of the country po kasi kami ng hubby to be ko but we decided to get married sa philippines. Naipass ko na po yung request in our locale 2 months ago and they sent my request na po so NASA philippines na po ang papers.
