How to make this move forward?

I have a guy friend that I'm starting to really like. We don't see each other a lot sa school pero whenever we do we would constantly tease each other like little kids. He would send me hints na he likes me pero I don't know if I should take it seriously kasi nga lagi kami nagbibiruan. At the same time, since I like him I give meanings sa mga ginagawa niya which doesn't really help me at all.

Here's some of his hints:

* I was teasing him to this girl that likes him
Him: Stop it! I don't think I'll ever like her plus I like someone else.
Me: Who?
Him: (my name)
Me: *I just smiled

* He wrote something on my desk
Me: I have a 20/20 vision so obviously I would see that. Sneaky guy!
Him: Alright alright you caught me, but I don't think you have a 20/20 vision though.
Me: Why is that so?
Him: Bec you can't see how I'm madly in love with you.

* My friend asked him what his interest/desires are bec she got him for secret santa then after listing everything he wanted..he wrote my name at the end.. then a minute or two later he said "take her name off.. i was just kidding!"

* He held my hand jokingly a couple of times in front of my friends.

* Whenever he replies to me sa text, he would mention my name a lot.

* We were walking together with a friend then suddenly he asked my friend, "how does it feel to be the third wheel right now?"

The thing is whenever he texts me (which doesn't happen a lot), puro pa-joke lang. Like he'll insert a pick up line then I would be the one who would try to keep the conversations going. Di ko tuloy alam what to get with all his actions. Right now kasi feeling ko we're just playing mind games with each other and I understand na he's not the assertive type of person pero I can't always play that game forever.

So what do I do now to pass that teasing/flirting around phase?
