we're in hk since saturday! I love the weather here
for me di naman super lamig. Mas malamig talaga when we came here on a january.. Pero siyempre naka trench coat at boots parin kami dito uso eh. Hehe
here's what we had:
Dec 17: arrived in hkia at 9:45am. We left the airport at 10:50am then we took the airport express to marco polo gateway hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11:45am. The good thing is our room was already available! I bought peoples tourist prepaid sim at 7-11 for 98hkd. I've been using this to call my hubby and daughter in manila. We ate lunch at crystal jade xiao long bao harbour city! We went there at 12:20pm and we were lucky enough to get a table right away! We had 2orders of xiao long pao, beef noodles, duck dish, rice and tea for 218hkd. We loved the good here especially the xiao long bao. Same silang mSarap ng din tai fung
then we bought macarons at john paul hevin harbour city. Super yummy siya but mahal eh kaya tig isa isa muna kaming tatlo. Hehe. Then we just went shopping in harbour city, esprit outlet, canton road and nathan road stores till 7pm. We had dinner at spring deer resto in mody road. Ang hirAp nitong hanapin grabe! Then when we reached there, the receptionist told us that it was fully booked and we needed to have a reservation.
i was upset then but i just smiled at him and asked if he can give us a table because we really had a hard time looking for that resto. In fairness tumalab ang charm ko and sabi niya ok but you have to finish in 1 hour because the other guests will be arriving already. Then sabi ko ok
we had crab corn soup and barbecued pecking duck with pancakes
ang sarap niya grAbe sobrAng malaman tAlaga! Worth it yung hirAp namin sa paghanap. Our total bill was 440hkd. Then off to mongkok for more shopping
Dec18: we went to timesquare causeway bay at 11:30am. We had lunch at triple o burger. We ordered for 3 burger combos for 210hkd. Sarap ng burger nila australian beef tAlaga
then we had ice cream at ben & jerry's
super fave ko talaga ito kahit sa sg! I had 2 scoops in waffle cone for 59hkd. Then we went shopping i timesquare, sogo and world trade
then went back to tsim sha tsui at 7:30pm and had dinner at macau restaurant! May pila din dito bug mabilis naman. We had baby fried pigeon, vegetable dish, rice, wonton noodles and egg tarts for 286hkd. Lahat yummy din
then shopping parin im tst area.
Dec19: we went to citygate at 11:30am! Shopping, shopping, shopping parin until 2:30pm. Stranded kami sa esprit outlet as usual
buti marami ring hindi winter clothes dito kaya nakahakot ulit kami ng todo. Hehe
we had lunch at the spaghetti house. We had pasta, pizza, soup, chickrn and iced tea for 460hkd. Love din namin good dito sarap
then off to disneyland at 4pm. We left our shopping bags in the lockers. Then pasyal, shopping and picture taking na
we did not watch any show and hindi narin kami magrides kasi 3rd time na namin here and napanood na namin mga shows dati and nakarides narin. Maganda yung new attraction nila yung toy story land. Kaso di ko kaya mga rides niya nakakalaglag ng puso
hehe. Gusto ko sana yung dog na catterpillar style but haba ng pila eh. Picture taking nalang kami with woody, jessie, tinkerbell, pluto, goofy, minnie mouse and pooh
then stranded nanAman sa stores nila kasi as usual daming cute stuff
we stayed there until fireworks then we took the cab back to the hotel kasi low batt na talaga kaming 3 sa 3 days na kakalakad. We just had dinner in the hotel.
Grabe may gusto nanaman akong lv bag but i promised myself this time na hindi muna ako bibili
