Crystal Jade na rin kami upon arrival at HKIA T1 even though for sure hubby and I are still full from the flight's meals. Curious lang ako with all the feedback.

I'll be leaving my empty trolley at the hotel concierge the ff day so that I can just fill it up when I get back from downtown. I plan to just go to TST and shop at Harbour City again. So far all my sasadyaing shops are there. Will drop by citygate if I still have time. Less than 24hrs in HKG again...kaka-sad din kahit papano...can't savor the sights...boo next time na lang ulit.

@rocky-where can you suggest to go for boots shopping...TST area or naglipana ba? hehe...

Crossing my fingers not to go over my 30kgs limit, else I'm doomed. Tamang-tama I'll be meeting up with hubby when we both arrive MNL at 8pm, from different origins this time.

Wala pa ko boots yun na lang kulang ko sabi ni hubby dun na lang daw ako buy para bawas bitbitin, may nakita ako forever 21 parang gusto ko ng bilhin may pagka OC pa naman ako dapat ayos na lahat kaso sa dun pa ako maghanap.. we'll be there on dec 27-31 with my 2 kids, try ko din sa Crysral Jade sana walang masyado pila din

sa april 2012 magbabakasyon kami sa pinas at balak ko mag punta rin ng HK.
can you guys give me an idea how much budget should i prepare? for a 2 days, 3 nights trip?
kaming mag asawa with our 2 kids, (8yrs old and 7mos baby at that time)
will it be ok na sa travel agency package ang kunin namin?

^^yes sis, super mura don. nagtingin ako dito, so far yong mura nasa 1,800. sa hk nabili ko lang ng 800 pesos wedge pa yon ha. yong mga flat nasa 600

Mamayang 5 na flight namin. Wala ng tulugan.

Parang ayaw ko na dalhin yun winter jacket ko, ang sabi sa forecast 14 to 18 degrees hanggang sunday.

Sayang di ko nabasa agad yun mga post about boots. Bumili pa akong boots kanina. Sayang mas makakamura pala kung sa HK na ako bumili.

@sis ms_ldr, if i am not mistaken, qatar base ka din diba, ako uuwi sa dec. 30 kaya jan. 12-15 ko inayos ang family trip namin sa HK. Nag DIY lang ako, airfare, hostel, research ng mga tourist spots sa tulong ng GT at Pex.  Share ko lang sayo IT namin, balak namin magpunta syempre sa Disney, then OP, pwede din kami mag NP at The Peak.. at saka food trip na din kasi mahilig si hubby sa chinese food.  Kasama namin ang 8month old baby namin  and for sure super lamig dahil peak yata ng winter season sa HK ang Jan-Feb.  Balak ko nga bumili ng winter clothes para magamit sa Qatar    I suggest mag-abang ka ng promo fare, ang alam ko may mga promo na ang Cebu Pac for april travel, you can check it.

^^sis staywithme, since mahaba naman stay nyo ok na derecho na lang kayo ng macau. anong hotel kayo sis? highly recommended ko hotel sintra, maganda yong room & location

Sa Sintra nga kami naka-book, highly recommended kasi dito sa GT.
Hindi ba talaga sila nagccharge agad pag nagpabook?  Pagdating na lang daw doon saka kami sisingilin. Sa GC kasi, may downpayment though mura lang.

i sent an email to ken of taisan. talaga bang mas mataas yung rates na ibibigay nya compared sa rates na nasa site? we'll be in HK on March 6-11. he's offering HKD 600 for the triple room and HKD 500 for the room with 2 single beds.

ok ba dun sa renovated burlington branch? i tried to book din sa golden crown but as early as now, fully booked na sa dates kung kelan nasa HK kami.

Just got back from our trip in Hk!    Super enjoy kami sobra!  Stayed 2 nights in Silka Fareast Hotel.... a bit small but enjoyed our stay naman... Sinulit namin breakfast buffet nila, hehe.  Super lapit lang din ng mga shopping area... What we enjoyed most is our stay in Disney Hollywood Hotel!  Service is great and worth the money we spent! :-)  Re the weather, parang Baguio lang cia.  Medyo malamig lang sa gabi sobra but timing when we went there (Dec 10-13), medyo sunny naman and i don't think you need to wear super kapal na winter clothes.

@smm_0411 uy oo nga same tayo qatar based. sige pm kita chika chika tayo ha. mahal nga ang airfare eh..sana nga makakuha pa ko ng promo sa cebupac kasi ubos na yung promo now eh puro sold out na.

advice lang mga girls about weather, tignan nyo rin yung humidity at yung wind. kasi kung kaya nyo temperature pero di nyo alam gano kalakas ang hangin at mahumid malamig pa rin yun.

@princesslorraine, I hope you'll enjoy Crystal Jade in Harbour City.   Bring your trench coat na din.  It can get really cold in the evening.  I am not the ginawin type of person but I was glad I brought a wool coat.  Ang lamig sa Peak last Saturday and also sa Disneyland last Monday.  At least I was warm.  The locals and tourists wear coats, puffy jackets and boots.
