mga ORASYON, MASAMA ba?
« on: November 14, 2011, 08:41:49 pm »
I don't know why I grew worrisome owning this thing with "orasyon". I got it from a family friend. It was given to me the other day pa after ng tawas session ko with her. Namasama kasi ako and I couldn't walk straight kaya yun nagpatawas ako at 3 days ginawa yun. On my 2nd day, kinwentuhan nya ako about mga pangproteksyon sa kahit anong bagay. From asin, suka at sili na basic na pamproteksyon sa masama, nakarating kami sa mga ginagamit ng mga albularyo. tapos, inoffer nya sakin na ioorder daw nya ako nung maliit na rectangle na pamproteksyon na me dasal o orasyon sa loob. tuwing martes at byernes daw dinadasalan yun tapos ixpect daw na medyo manghihina kase pumapasok daw sa loob ng katawan yung dasal. natakot naman ako kaya sabi ko dun na lang ako sa mga basic na pwede gamitin for protection. sabi ko talaga ayoko. pero sabi nya saken: "sayo na lang. bigay ko na yan sayo. matagal ko na yang gustong ibigay sayo." so, i had no choice but to accept it. right now, i'm already okay. yung pilay ko wala na at nasa akin ang binigay nya. madami na daw syang binigyan non pero kadalasan order. iilan pa lang kaming binigyan nya. hiningi nga din nya name ko para masabi nya dun sa nagdadasal. this thing that she gave me according to her is for the good side and is for better outcome only. this is not meant to destroy any person. plus, it will protect the owner by making the other person communicating at her to see her in a very nice and positive way. thats how it works daw.

does owning one contradicts the Lord's teaching? is it bad to have one? does this show no trust with the Lord??

any insights about this? pls share. tia.

Hi green-aholic.  Our God is a big God and is able to protect us from anything, if we hide under His wings of protection.  Hindi na natin kailangan ang mga anting-anting, amulet or yang hawak mong orasyon.  These are occultic practices. Those who follow the path of the magic arts are on the wrong path - a road that leads away from God, not toward Him. In one way or another, the end will be disaster. The Bible says that anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord (Deuteronomy 18:10-12; 2 Kings 21:6; Micah 5:12; Isaiah 47:12; Ezekiel 13:18, 20; Acts 8:11-24; Leviticus 20:27; Exodus 7:11; Revelation 9:21; 22:15).

Suggest you also read the book Hula, Multo, Faith Healing,, atbp by Pastor Hiram Pangilinan.  It is an expose of the occult sa Pilipinas and this will open your eyes on the truth behind that orasyon given to you that according to the giver is good.  Hindi yan good Sis.

The book is available at Phil Christian Bookstore, OMF Literature & National Bookstore.

I completely agree with alwynne24. She pretty much summed it all up so I won't comment anymore. :)

I just want to share with you a sermon by my favorite theologist, John Piper. Please download the podcast or just read the material. :)

Better you pray to God first and ask for forgiveness for whatever allegiance you gave to that orasyon-- kasi diba for a time you placed your trust in that at naging source ng security mu yan. Then destroy or burn it, para wala nang makapulot at di na maipasa pa yun curse.  :)

@Frozen Toes -- I like John Piper too! :-)

wala namang masama kung itatago mo.. at ang pagtago mo nun doesnt necessarily mean na nagkasala ka na sa diyos..  ;) basta alam mo sa sarili mo that you still have FAITH in HIM...

Hi, green-aholic.

Correct ko lang.  Orasyon would be the "prayer" one recites.  Similar to a mantra.  Talisman would be the item "laced" with "supernatural" powers to protect someone.  Charms naman ay item rin pero to do something naman.  So, what you have is more of a talisman which may possibly have some prayer written on it pero talisman pa rin siya.  Kasi ang orasyon dapat memorized.

Now, masama ba ito o hindi.  First, naiintindihan mo ba yun mga nakasulat and symbols on it?  Most likely not so how can one really even use it properly.  Parang binigyan ka ng latest model na iPhone pero totally blank ka kung paano gamitin.  Mayroon ka nga pero useless pa rin.

Next naman ay paano ba ito ginagamit.  Most likely hindi mo rin alam.  Kaya another minus point.

What alwynee24 shared is correct and should be more than enough to help shield you from such.  If you have come across my posts sa feng shui threads you know by now that I deal with stuff na along the lines you fear of - on a daily basis.  And know what, my "orasyon" is the Apostles Creed and the talisman I have on my person if I do carry one is a blessed St. Benedict's cross - though up to now can't find my original one :(

And kung gusto mo talaga ng isang matinding reading sa Bible on this ay do flip to Psalm 23.  Basahin mo yan out loud everyday na from the heart.

As totally clueless ka most likely sa item you are asking of ay hindi dapat iyan itapon.  Kasi ipapahamak mo lang yun makakadampot niyan.  The correct way is to approach your priest and ask him on how to properly dispose of it.  I'm not familiar with how the church does this nowadays kasi but alam ko dati its the church who handles the proper disposal of such items.

May special technique kasi kung burning or other such type of destruction method gagawin mo so best ask mo muna ang priest and kapag nabigyan ka ng proper instruction then and only then do you do it - though I'd still have you opt na yun pari na lang gumawa na sirain yan.

mysterious talaga ang mundo.

i've seen people with very strong amulets but are not that "spiritual". yet i have also seen very "spiritual" people...people who religiously "practice...yet  are easily affected with psychic attacks.

its like seeing a very fit and talented martial artist being gunned down...or seeing a battle hardened soldier fall from a tambay's hit. it pays to be humble. anyway...

amulets have their place. may kanya kanyang level yan. the basic amulets...any one with experience in the esoteric etc ..can give an explanation. but the uber strong amulets...grabe...its like seeing something that seems that it can not be explained by esoteric science.

orasyon or latin or mantras...

a lot of them are coded. very very well coded. may rhythm pa yan and breathing. hindi lang simple na pag babasa (provided na madecode mo)

you don't need the amulet pa nga minsan, as long as you know the prayer, but sometimes the amulet is a tool that will represent the prayer in a split second. this comes in handy in sudden grave situations or sudden psychic attacks or even during psychic sparring.

take the prayer of the medal of st benedict for example, its a common medal pero mahaba yan. and the letters represent something yet its just a fragment of the whole prayer. isang manuscript yan and i've seen practioners who'd hide their "copy." how complete the manuscript is another question. important din na alam mo yung totoong pangalan ni st. benedict. (or the saint who you refer to in the prayer. ) kapag alam mo yun, malupet yan si st benedict. as IN malupet talaga.

speaking of names. some prayers call of the names of the spiritual elders. minsan sinasadyang gawin kulang para matago yung totoong essence ng prayer kasi baka gamitin sa masama.

bottom line is, if you don't know what you're doing, without someone who knows the ins and outs..don't play with it.

why did i share some details? para malaman ninyo na hindi simpleng basa lang or magkaroon lang ng simpleng explanation from someone eh ayos na.

orasyon/latin/mantras etc should be like learning math. when explained, it should make sense and may logic dapat. if you can't put two and two together, you're missing a lot.

********

I believe that the path of Ceremonial Magic is a valid path. Its just not for everyone. Slippery path yan....VERY slippery.

hindi ako nagkakahon ng "religion" or "spirituality" dito sa GT. every path is valid. and every group has its weaknesses.

lahat tayo papunta sa liwanag.

Orasyon has a wide meaning, sometimes in the Church it is what we call as the "invocative prayer" a form of solemn prayer, usually done in times of serious calamity, war etc, which is asking for deliverance. The 6 o'clock prayer which is the recital of the incarnation is also called orasyon.

But I guess the Orasyon you are talking is about something else, the problem here is do you know what the orasyon is saying, you might just be calling/inviting dark powers, this is what brings in the danger because you will be presenting your self to the world of unseen and unholy powers, making you vulnerable, if you happen to be able to control it, the next problem will be you are connecting your self to the dark power which will bind you and going out will be very hard.

These kinds of orasyon are what the Church call as occult practices which it condemns.

Be careful also there are orasyon which though it seem to invoke the name of God or the saints, they use unholy practices such as unholy sacrifices, beware, this are designed by some who confused their occult practices with their Christian practice, and still at the end it was not really God whom they are inviting but something else.

I suggest throw it, or burn it for you to be safe as well as your family.

ang tagal na ng thread na to. i hope may peace of mind na si TS.

personally, i'd listen to someone who has been through such a system rather then someone who has not. parang pera lang yan eh. kanino ka hihingi ng advice? sa taong mayaman na pinaghirapan niya mismo yung kayaman niya or yung taong mahirap? more so yung taong hindi pa nakakahawak ng pera? people talk of occult eh hindi pa naman nila nadadaanan yung path ng occult.

the problem with alternative beliefs is that finding a good school or a good group is hard. when i mean good, ibig sabihin valid siya as a spiritual practice.

and a lot of the people we meet are really after the power side of things. gusto lang nila power and NOT spirituality.

if you're just after the mantras etc because you want to tap the power, then its not for you.

if what you have is just the mantra, at walang iba pang spiritual development, then most likely the source or the person who has it is not from a valid group. it may do you more harm than good.

some of these practices are for very advanced souls.

marami naaattract sa mga orasyon because of the POWER aspect and not spiritual growth....whether aware sila o hindi.

***

members of valid groups codify these mantras. they delete or switch letters or words. they have ciphers. you have to decode them pa. may pronounciation pa yan. may breathing pa. marami pang iba. =) wala pa dito is kung controlled sila ng dark side...

often what they hand out to you is some activation prayer - they themselves do the mantra and send beings to help you etc., and the orasyon will simply activate what they've done for you in the inner plane.

lahat to ginagawa kasi alam nila, pag napunta sa kamay ng hindi handa ang tunay na turo. gulo lang yan.

so kung hindi ka na introduce properly into such a system. what you have may not be of use. its better to not have it.

I still have the amulet. Di ba yun yung maliit na square na covered with black cloth? Tama di ba? Andun lang sya sa room ko. I dont bring it naman, basta andun lang sya. I have stronger faith sa Panginoon kesa dun. Pero natatakot ako kung sirain ko yon. Di naman pwede itapon di ba?

amulets are generally blessed objects.

its the high vibration of the object that wards off negativity.

its best, imho, to give it to someone who's knowledgeable para hindi masayang.

just my opinion
