Hi Doc,
I just wanna know po kung yung mga symptoms ko e ulcer na.. lagi din po kasi ako nalilipasan ng gutom.. lagi po sumasakit yung tyan ko, literal na parang feeling ko binbutuas na.. mabilis din po ako magutom, ilang oras lang after ko kumain masakit na naman.. wala naman po pagsusuka..
 
tapos ibang symptoms na nararamdaman ko din, madalas manikip yun dibdib ko tapos madalas din po ako kabahan tapos parang nangangapos ng hininga. kahit wala naman po ako ginagawa or iniisip.. bigla na lang po... salamat doc, sobrang worried po ako.. inaamin ko po na hindi maganda yung lifestyle ko..

Devilish- i suggest that you consult a Gastroenterologist. You might need an endocopy to check the lining of your stomach. Ulcer if not adequately treatment may cause perforation of the stomach wall which is a surgical emergency.

San po ba dapat magpacheck for headaches? Napapadalas po kasi yung sakit ng ulo ko at minsan kasama na rin po ang pagkahilo. Nagpacheck naman po ako ng eyes ko and okay naman po.

hi doc! good morning..san po kaya ako pwede magpa check up? i have been experiencing severe backpain. siguro average of 2-3 in a month. last time i had was two weeks ago. nagpacheck up ako at wala naman po nakita sa xray ko. hindi naman po sa spine masakit. minsan upper back, minsan lower, minsan sa right side. then everytime masakit, masakit din po yung tiyan ko pati sa dibdib.

Help mga sis, kanina lang sumakit yung left butt cheek ko., parang tinutusok ng pako sabay hirap ako maglakad / kumilos., parang nag llock yung muscles ko.,

Hi doc! I'm taking Exluton pills kasi exclusive breastfeeding ako sa 1 yr. old son ko. Thing is, i missed the pill for 2 days. I usually take them after lunch, saturday and sunday nakalimutan ko doc. Sunday night may contact kami ni hubby, then after the contact ko lang naalala uminom. I took 2 pills right away. Then the next day normal time na ulit ako nagtake.

Its been a week since the incident pero sumasakit puson ko doc, wala nito before. My OB gyn asked me to have a urinalysis, why po kaya? Kailan ko po pwede macheck if i'm pregnant or not?

Hi Doc, what is endometrial polyp?  Does this cause the thickening of the endometrium wall?  I recently had a transvaginal ultrasound and this was the result.  Are they usually benign and do I need to undergo D&C right away?  That was the recommendation of my Ob.  Last time I underwent D&C is when I had a miscarriage last 2010.  Thank you.  The second Ob that I asked told me to wait for my menstruation, have another ultrasound immediately around 7-10 days and see If the polyp is still there, baka daw matanggal din.

Good day! Please see an Orthopedic Surgeon. Puwedeng may naipit na ugat sa may left butt cheek mo, kaya nagkakaroon ng pain na parang tinutusok, discomfort/hirap sa paglalakad.

An endometrial polyp is a "bukol" from the lining of the uterus. Endometrial polyps are usually benign, but some maybe pre-cancerous - can only be determined by biopsy. Probably this is why your first OB-Gyne advised you to undergo currettage. However, polyps are hormonally-related. If hormonally-related, it causes irregular bleeding, bleeding between periods, excessive & prolonged bleeding, and bleeding post-menopause, kasi may mga ugat dun sa polyp mismo. It doesn't cause endometrial thickening. Kaya pinapaulit yung ultrasound mo ng 2nd OB-Gyne.

I have a question and I think maraming makakarelate dito sa condition ko. meron kasing parang bukol sa armpit ko. siguro more than 1 year na to nandito. sumasakit siya during my period at nagsswell. minsan after ko magpa-wax ng hair sa underarms. so shave nalang ako muna for now kasi baka nairritate. nagpunta nako sa surgeon tas sabi di naman daw siya cyst. actually, I dont know kung accurate yung sinabi niya kasi hinipo lang niya. no ultrasound at all. i have a relative na same case din kami. sabi "fats" lang DAW ang sabi ng doctor niya. at NORMAL daw sa women. super liit lang niya parang buto ng pakwan siguro, pero during my period minsan nagsswell.

I don't think so. Rashes of measles start at head & neck area going down the body. Kung paano siya lumabas, ganun din ang pattern kapag mawawala na.

Please bring your yaya to your physician for proper evaluation & work-up. Thanks!

Doc, may itatanong sana ako. i noticed a slight pain at the right side of my stomach below the rib cage.there are times na may pain pero slight lang naman almost everyday. and palagi din akong naiihi, wala namang pain pag iihi ako, no unusual color sa urine. please give me an advise doc. thank u in advance! hi doc. Tanong ko lang sa urinalysis result ko . I got a +2 urobilinogen and +2 blood. Referral for internist na po ba yun? May liver damage na po ba ako dahil sa +2 urobilinogen na yun?

Doc, totoo po ba na 2 months lang dapat itake ang ferrous sulfate? Masama po ba kapag itinuloy tuloy ang paginom?
