Berry- sebaceous cyst are not cancerous and not really dangerous. Just prevent it from being infected. If its getting bigger and uncomfortable then have it removed.

hi doc, our family has a history of cancer (cervical, breast)  and myoma.. I would just like to ask, possible po ba kong maging affected though sa father side ko yun? and how do I prevent having these.. thank you

i mean to the extent na hindi na siya babalik? or once you had it forever na iyon?

also pag me exopthalmus ba hindi na babalik ang mata sa dati??

i was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism 5 years ago..na control naman na siya then ngayon nakakaramdam nanaman ako ng symptoms...ang iyong eyes ko di na bumalik sa dati...

na dedepress na nga ako kasi hindi bumabalik mata ko e..

Kimmidoll- nothing specific really unless the mass grew in size and start to compress the organs near it then abdominal pain may set in.

Nixie-breast cancer is genetic so you have a higher risk compared to other people with no history .cervixal cancer are caused by viruses. Myoma is not a cancer at all .

Princess chill- hyperthyroidism can only be controlled with your medications. However the exopthalmus may never be back to normal again if this has been long standing condition.

hi doc! after years of sufferingfrom severe rhinitis, i decided it's time i visit an allergologist. Is there still a cure for rhinitis? i hate how my eyes get itchy and i sneeze nonstop. furthermore my asthma is triggered by it. can you recommend a good allergologist for me? i'd really like to get rid of this or control it. i'm just sick of taking anti histamine or spraying my nose with nasal sprays that only work short term. What's more is that I developed really dark circles because of it

Hi doc, i have a problem 3 years ago nagkasit ako UTI then bingay ng doctor sa kin 800mg cotrimoxazole ba yon.3 days ko siya na take then gumaling naman ako ang problem yun pang 3 days kumati yun skin ko nagkaroon ng PASA na red 3 na pasa, nawala un dalawa then un isa hindi, 1 inch yun haba.. dati color RED, naging violet and now medyo light black na hangang ngayon andito pa rin  2012 na.wala naman pain pero gusto ko mawala para na kasi siyang balat ng black.. ano po ba dapat ko gawin?
and saan ako dapat pumunta pagamot? meron po ba kyo mrecomend diyan..
please po help...

Hi doc, Pm me naman po im new here. Ang dami ko pa iba health concern nagyon po meron ako pera gusto ko pagamot 23 pa lang ako ang dami ko na nararamdaman palagi sumasakit lower right sa stomach ko.. ano po ba eto?
and doc she pa answer po ulit 23 ako virgin pa, pwede po ba ako pa cervical cancer shot?
and saan po recommended ayaw ko po kasi dito sa amin olongapo cityy.

Anneleex- regarding the skin discoloration, better to have it checked by a Dermatologist. Regarding the cervical vaccine , the vaccine are the same here and in Olongapo city. Just consult an ob gyn for that.

Hi docshe, pahelp nman. May nafi-feel akong food na nakabara sa throat ko kapag nagswallow. Wala naman akong iba pang naeexperience aside dun sa discomfort. I went to the hospital and see an ENT specialist to have it checked. The doctor recommended to undergo endoscopy so pumayag ako para mawala na rin worries ko. The doctor haven't seen any abnormalities aside sa muscle tightening and his finding was "globus pharyngeus". Medyo nahirapan yata sya pag binababa yun endoscope sa throat ko, then he also prescribed me meds good for one week. He also said na bumalik ulit sa kanya after two weeks pag hindi nawala yun nafi-feel ko and he will do the same kind of test din daw and this time medyo malaking tube na daw yun ipapasok sa throat ko. Natakot naman ako kaya ayaw ko na rin bumalik sa kanya.

It's almost 3 weeks and nararamdaman ko pa rin na parang may nakabara sa throat ko. I'll be in pnas first week ng oct and dun ko na lang plan magpacheckup ulit and ask for doctor's second opinion.

Docshe, whose specialized doctor should I look for - ENT specialist or Endocrinologist ba? Any recommendation po preferably sa Medical City or Makati Med or within Pasig City sana? thank you very much

hi Doc, may nagpunta kase sa office namin na mga taga Anlene - Milk, nag conduct sila ng bone screening at ang risk result ko: low risk (-0.5) ang normal daw kase ay 0.1 to 2.5, since negative yung sa akin need ko daw uminom ng Anlene 1 glass for 4 weeks, hindi ko kase feel mag Anlene, gusto ko sana supplements na lang...anong Calcium ba need ko take? meron kase Citrate & Carbonate, I'm 30 years old and planning to get preggy early next year, nag tatake ako ng Vitamin C, E & Folic Acid
