hi doc! i recently got back from

P3apod- you may have overworked or strained your feet and leg. Try to relax and rest and you can take pain relievers to decrease pain and inflammation.

Hello again Doc! My hubby-to-be is into drinking of soy milk this past few weeks. He's drinking like 1 bottle of vitamilk (soya milk bought in Select, 7-11) almost everyday. Masama po ba yung palaging nainom ng soy milk? I'm a bit worried sa mga nababasa ko dito sa web so mas gusto ko magtanong sa mas may alam.

Doc question. 

I have endometriosis and my mother's side has a history of diabetes (my lolo)
Lately I have been feeling some weird sensations sa legs ko. I sit all day coz I do officework and all the time I feel like something's crawling inside my skin sa both legs..you know the feeling kapag mag kumagapang na big ants sa legs mo? - parang ganun. and when I touch that area, may vibration siyang sensation. weird for me. I'm quite concerned na kasi ilang months na itong nafifeel ko. 

my mom said baka it's diabetes na daw. kasi my lolo felt something similar - he would always complain na there are ants crawling up his legs daw..wala na si lolo ko, just died last january.

ano kaya ito sis? im so scared of blood and needles kaya takot ako magpacheck ng blood sugar. we have a glucose monitoring kit that my mom used to use for my lolo to check his blood sugar..
what do you think doc? is it because i'm sitting down the whole day or something else?

Momentum- may be due to nerve, or electrolytes imbalance. If you want to rule out diabetes, only a blood exam will be the appropriate test to confirm it.

As I said before. Better to consult a neurologist for that. After thorough physical exams, a blood exam may be requested to rule out other conditions.

Hi doc,

My new year's resolution is to change my unhealthy lifestyle and start (slowly) making the right choices.   Could you suggest vitamins that could help me sustain my goal to start living healthy? Is it better to take a multivitamin versus taking them separately like fish oil, calcium or amino acids. Any brand suggestions?

Just a backgrounder, I rarely exercise but I will start with brisk walking to build up my strength and endurance.

doc additional lang din, lactose intolerant ako nangyari yun after ng pregnancy. Hindi na ako makainom ng milk, macucure pa po ba ito? Wala na akong alam na pwedeng inumin na may source ng calcium.

i have endometriosis, discovered october 2008 and from then on, i started taking pills to suppress my period. recently, sumasakit sakit paminsan minsan puson ko pero nakakaya naman ng hot compress. ano po kaya yun? there's been an incident last May 2009 na super sumakit puson ko na hindi ko kinaya tumayo at kapag iattempt ko tumayo, magfefaint talaga ako. i was admitted at the hospital that time for observation pero wala namang nakita, parang nagdahilan lang para hindi ako makapasok. pina city scan ako, mri, and ultrasound. ano po kaya yun? normal po kaya? i notice as well na kapag mahanging ako, sumasakit puson ko, pero sa tingin ko normal naman na sumakit puson kapag mahangin. tama po ba? salamat.

i have a question kasi last wednesday night, nagpaTCA peel ako. Today is friday and im wondering why my face isnt peeling yet. Baka naman i just have to wait for a day or two pero my derma said by friday magpepeel na daw ako eh. And i'd also like to ask kung okay lang magpa RF sa face anytime soon. balak ko next wednesday, so bale day 7 post TCA peel na ko nun. Is this okay?
