Andreil- may be positional or muscle pain. Cause as you said after resting overnight pain goes away. Try putting warm compress and take pain relievers as needed for pain.

Hi Doc, aug. 24 po nung nakunan ako then 10 days after, nag do na po kame ni hubby even though theres a lil'bit blood pa. Safe po ba yon? Kasi pansin ko lang nung nag do po kame nag stop na po yung blood & then after namen mag do meron nanaman dugo pero konti lang, afraid lang po ako.

Momay- you don't have the antibodies meaning you have no exposure with hepatitis c. You are clear.

Hi DocShe. Nauuso ngayon yung killer soy sauce and news says some soy sauce brands sold in our market today failed to comply on the standard amount of 3-MCPD. Do you have any idea if pinangalanan na 'tong mga brands na 'to?

Charmed chic- this news is very new and I don't think they are already ready to name the company as of yet. They have to make sure that their claims are real otherwise potential court case may be just around the corner.

Hi Doc!

I would just like to ask if advisable po na magpa-allergy test. I have had this allergic contact dermatitis on my face for the past few months and it won't go away. Hair rebond chemical reaction po yata kasi nadecrease dramatically nung pinacut ko yung hair ko two months ago. Kaso parang hindi pa rin siya mawala. I have also stopped applying steroid creams and emmolient na lang pinapahid ko but when I wash my face, sobrang dry talaga ng face ko, nakakababa na nga ng self-esteem! I don't know what to do, kung magpapatingin ako sa doctor (ayoko na po kasi maresetahan ng topical/oral steroid/immunosuppresant) or allergologist kasi baka may ibang allergy na ako? Possible po ba yun?

Color girl- best is to follow up with a dermatologist and if she request for an allergologist then that's the time you have it checked. Skin rashes or allergies are really hard to assess especially with personally examining it. Better to have it checked and monitored.

Hello DocShe! My friend just gave birth and the pedia said she's seeing a feature of Down Syndrome on the baby. I just want to ask, ano po ba ang Down Syndrome in its simplest explanation? Namamana po ba ito? Ano po ba ang kinaiba nito sa ibang disorder like autism?

It is a condition where an extra chromosome is seen in the patient. People with down syndrome all look alike even if they're of the different race. They also have mental delays and High risk for congenital heart disease. Autism is different since they patient looks normal but with mental delay.

Thanks sa reply last time.. May question po ulit ako, naka cerazette ako ngayon, at sa lahat ng nagamit kong birth control, ito ang walanh side effect like migraine, bloatedness at palpitation... the problem po, paubos na yung pack then i got so many pimples  bigla.. Ano pa po ang pweeng ipalit ko? medyo nahihirapan na sa akin si OB sa dami ng side effects sa akin...
