Hi doc! First time ko nakita yung thread na ito, ano po yung mga specialization nyo po? Hopefully I can ask dermatological questions..

Yung bleaching po, totoo na temporary lang po yung effect at yung brightening effect, it's just because of embolism sa skin due to hydrogen peroxide?

How is skin peeling related to whitening? I can understand po na it's for skin renewal, but how does this whiten? Yung newer skin, mas easy ba pumuti if lalagyan ng whitening products?

Anong stand mo po sa hydroquinone on asian skin? Okay lang po if gawin itong "lifetime" commitment? Parang gumamit ka ng lotion na may hydroquinone for life? wala bang rebound darkening? I heard po na it's only limited for 6 months, takot ako baka I would darken more than ever po.

And lastly po, ano yung i.re.recommend niyo for "slow", "steady" "sure" but safe whitening?

Thank you po for any help!

Minatay- i am a surgeon by profession. All those info regarding bleaching and skin peeling are true. They are justl temporary. The one which dictates the color of our skin is the melanin content which is based on our genetic make up.

Ashley- it would be best if you have an Ob GYN examine you. Colors can be subjective. There may also be infection. Without the benefit of a thorough gyne exam it's really hard to conclude .

Jack- before treating  it, it's best to investigate the cause of the excessive hair fall. This may be due to genetics, trauma, Some medications, psychiatric problem, poor nutrition, hypothyroidism, parasites and even stress. Once it's ruled out. Then treatment will be directed to the root cause.

Hi again Doc She. My dad is a diabetic and we ran out of our canola oil for cooking his meals. what other oil can we use as an emergency substitute? For the mean time, we bought Baguio Pure Vegetable Oil. It says in the label, it contains 100% Pure Coconut Oil. Any thoughts on this? Thank you! :)

Olive oil or sunflower oil will be a better option

Doc good morning po.

Tapos lately, napapansin ko my stomach aches while I am eating, Sometimes the pain starts after eating.. Tolerable naman sya.. Dahil kaya yun sa cerazette? Nung Sunday lang po ako nag start mag take ng Cerazette,

Thanks in advance Doc!

Hi! With your symptoms, bloatedness and abdominal pain after assumingly a fatty meal. May be due to gallbladder disease or gallstones. Best is to have an Ultrasound done.

P3apod- what activities are you into lately? Most common may be musculoskeletal strain. Cramps may also be considered. How long have you been experiencing that? Any predispsing factors?
