Hello girls! I'm just new here in female network. My H2B and I are planning to get married next year (2012), around November or December. Medyo tight budget kaya I'm looking forward to your suggestions regarding affordable wedding packages. Sana within mandaluyong, ortigas, makati or quezon city areas. Php200K lang kasi budget namin lahat na. Hoping na makakuha ng 100K for reception and catering na. Please help me sumasakit na ulo ko kakahanap.

^ sis, for catering, you may want to try madel's. actually nasa shortlist namin siya ni h2b. lowest package is 425/head then 510/head pag tiffany chairs. you may want to check their site http://madelscuisine.tripod.com/. AE is Anj, daughter of the owner. she's very nice. may isang picture sa wedsite namin nung sinerve samin na foodie when i had my FT.

hi sis, check mo g-hotel. its a boutique hotel. and they have a wedding package good for 100 yata for your budget. slightly higher than your budget pero may mga kasama na yatang car etc yun.

a friend of mine had their reception there a few months ago--she's contented naman.

hi sis!!!

kami rin we had our wedding for 200k, 150 guests sa malate manila... you definitely work on that budget, pero ang tanong ilan po ba ang guests niyo? kasi sila ang malaking factor kung bakit lumalaki ang gastos, especially sa reception...

if your guests is 100 - 150 you can the following venues:

mandaluyong
VENUE lancaster suites - i believe may packages din sila.. sa may shaw blvd lang ito
CHURCH - archbishop's palace - sa shaw lang din.. may maliit silang chapel meron din malaki.. i'm not sure kung san ko nabasa pero parang nag-aacept na rin sila ng receptions dun sa garden
CHURCH - St. Francis sa bandang acacia lane naman ito.. P6000 lang yata kaso fake flowers lang yung kasama sa package...
VENUE - Endramada (bandang acacia lane din to) maganda siya in fairness kaso walang parking.. kung wala naman masydong may dalang sasakyan keri na to...

ORTIGAS
VENUE - PSE tektite malaki yung venue, kasya kahit 300 yata... and P16k yata yung 1st 4 hours, hindi kasama yung egress at ingress ng caterers at suppliers
RENAISSANCE TOWER - meralco ave na ito malapit sa DepED may hall din sila dun not sure how much though. Dun kami nag Xmas party ng mga koreano kong boss...
DAP bldg - San Miguel Ave - 29k yata yung hall nila na good for 150.
CHURCH - Edsa Shrine - 5km kaso medyo mahigpit.. wala pa yatang kasamang priest at flowers
CHURCH - St. Francis of Asisi (Lourdes School) - P10k kasama na flowers and priest sa package...

hay... nalaman ko lahat yan dahil lahat yan pinagtanungan ko! hehe

sa malate rin pala bagsak namin... Madel's bride din ako.. we only spent P56,250 para sa food for 150 guests.. and masaya ang mga bisiata kasi talagang masarap at okay din ang set up...

Sayang nga sis yung Endramada kasi hindi sya aircon. Okay na sana yung package. Yung Lancaster Hotel naman medyo mataas yung price nila. I'm considering Archbishop and St. Francis for the wedding ceremony. May alam ba kayong aircon na venue? kasi I have caterers in mind narin. Thanks!

that's great! i've had my eye on the small chapel for a while now and i've been scouring shaw blvd venues kasi gusto ko sana same place lang yung ceremony and reception

sis, could you tell me exactly where this is? the few times na napadaan ako sa acacia lang parang wala akong nakitang church?

@foxylo: try mo call si miss jaz 63-915-671-4149 may package sya 160k for 100 pax complete from church, reception, caterer, gowns, florist, hotel,photo/video, photobooth, sounds & lights, cake.. bsta lahat lahat na yan.. met her sa bridal fair at picc last oct sya na dpat kunin ko package of 200 pax pero change of mind ako kase parang mas gusto ko na ako magasikaso ng wedding ko:)

Foxy Lo - honestly sis, wala akong mahanap na reviews sa internet, even pictures. kahapon pa ako naghahanap. pero nung agent ko, dyan sya ikakasal this Feb. i'll ask her about the transactions if okay naman. pero regarding the feedback about the venue itself, naku, after Feb pa natin malalaman yan.

marami ding mura na packages sa may Malate. you can also try City Garden Suites sa Makati. may branch din sila sa Ermita. Also Great Eastern Hotel (former Aberdeen Court)

Thanks girl! hopefully we can book new horizons hotel since I love the function hall, newly renovated yung brussels room nila. I might just add some flowers or candles to make the place dreamy or more elegant

Sis, could you please give me an idea about mood light? kasi Im planning to ask the hotel to just dim the lights then mag a-add kami ng candles to make the place more romantic. And how much mag rent ng mood lights?

Foxy Lo halos sis ang mga lights supplier may mood lighting sila. i dim lang naman nila ang kulay, or may ibang color na nilalagay. may pinagtanungan ako dati, grand pearl production name ng supplier. check mo to sis: www.grandpearl.ph the last time i inquired sa kanila, 8,000 ang rate nila. pero daming freebies. may smoke & bubble machine, spotlight, inclusive narin ang delivery fee dun. so not bad narin.

i booked a hotel venue na sis. pero im thinking na i-upgrade yung design na hindi mapapamahal. any suggestion?
