i just made this the other day! sarap! but i put lychees and the syrup... if i add more cream kaya, magiging parang panna cotta yung consistency?! natatakot ako baka masayang kasi if magexperiment ako eh :(

hi you may also try putting ripe mangoes, just mash or slice it. you may also add mango juice instead of water. instead of putting 4 cups of water to dissolved the gulaman, you may substitute 1 c. of mango juice. so instead of 4 cups of water, just add 3 cups and 1 cup mango juice, plus the sliced or mashed fresh mango.

kakagawa ko lang nito kanina, nilagyan ko siya ng fruit cocktail pati yung juice non sinama ko. ubos agad!

Kanina yung huli kong ginawa is buko pandan gelatin..
Eto ginawa ko :
1 mr gulaman buko pandan flavor
1 1/2 cups water
2 big cans alaska evaporada
1 can + 1 small can alaska condensada
1 alaska all purpose cream

gusto ko matutuhan yung cathedral windows sa Goldilocks :P

I wanna try this coffee jelly recipe I saw here :) parang ang refreshing lalo na if malamig yung milk!

copy ko nga recipes nyo para makabili ako ng gulaman next time na mag-grocery kami.. try ko gumawa!

i'll make some thsi weekend. it's a good idea, lalo na madaming fruits are in season now. at least bago maoverripe.;) sana makuha ko ng tama!

i did it yesterday! success!!! :) pero di ko masyado nasunod yung recipe. eto gnawa ko. :)

2 alsa lady's choice gulaman
1 250 ml alaska all purpose cream
1 250ml alaska evaporada
1 250ml alaska condensada
2 spoon of alaska condensed
650 ml water. :)

yan hinalo halo ko lang tpos pagakakulo transfer agad sa mga small tupperwares and nilagyan ko ng mango. :) yum!!!!! :)
