hindi naman mahirap. minsan actually mas madali mag-focus manually hehe. basta dapat malinaw mata mo. pero if your dslr has internal motor, mag-autofocus naman lens mo kahit manual sya.

Thanks for the tip whatswithjuly... im not a serious photographer though. I have a D3200 with kit lens. I want to try if budget permits the non-autofocus prime lens for D3200 AF 50mm 1.8G. I think walang internal motor ang D3200 so its the lens will do the auto focus, right? (correct me if im wrong)

yes, d3200 has no internal motor so you if you want your lens to auto focus, dapat may motor lens mo. 1.8G has AF. 1.8D yun walang AF.

i had 1.8G with my D5100. mas nadalian akong gamitin. unlike now that im using d90 with 1.8D. i don't know if it's the lens, or nasanay lang ako sa 1.8G. pero ok na ngayon, got used to it din with the help of may co-photogs.

I upgraded from point and shoot to a nikon d5100. Bought in time for our
HK trip this July.

^nagsisi ako na dslr dinala ko ng mag-hk kami.. ang bigat kasi. 

tungkol sa clear shots, pag steady camay mo at na-focus mo ng maayos, clear yan lalabas (shempre with ample lighting din). Yun pop out naman ang kulay, nasa timpla ng white balance yan. May easy way din naman, adjust mo hue and saturation sa camera or sa photoshop.

Try mo sony A65 or canon t4i; both are beginner dslr. Gamit ko right now is a65 and i love it limited nga lang choices ng lenses sa sony but im not trying to be a pro photographer so oks lang if im not mistaken ang nikon 5200 may wifi photo transfer capabilities and i was eyeing this before; ganda kasi if instagram addict hehe. Hindi ko lang sure ang pricing sa pinas

^mahal naman ng offer nya. D5100 ang binili ko last month, 20k brand new. Eh ang 
D5100 is an upgrade from D5000.

Ang lapit ko lang sa QC so sa Trinoma na lang ako. Madali pang bumalik if nagkaproblema.

kailangan ba may maintenance ang dslr? my canon 500D is already 4yrs old. pansin ko no ang bagal nya na. minsan ang hirap na mag focus kahit nasa auto na sya.

alam ko, the lens must be calibrated... hindi ko sure kung may maintenance din sa DSLR itself.

Hi guys. I'm going to Europe later this year and I'm looking for a camera that can capture landscape shots without being too far away from my subject.

For reference, I currently own a compact Canon Powershot SX230. It's adequate enough for close-up shots and it allows me play around with manual controls a little bit, pero mukhang langgam na sa liit ang subject ko when i need a wide shot. I've read up and I think wala na iba choice but to get a dslr then use a wide-angle lens, tama ba?
