with regards to lenses naman, if di naman problema ang budget, buy ka ng 50mm para sa prime lens (kung kaya ang 85mm sa budget ang sabi mas maganda daw yun). Isa pang dream lens ko yung 24-70mm f/2.8.. check mo rin. Pang macro naman, puwede naman yang kit lens mo for that. Teka muna, ano ba hilig mo kunan pala? Landscape or portraits? Pag portraits okey na okey ang prime lens, pag landscape naman, maganda yun tokina 11-16 f/2.. sensya na kung hindi sumakto yun nilagay kong range ng lenses. Hehe. Sa Flash naman, di ko kasi kabisado kung ano sa Canon kasi Nikon ang cam ko.

Yun mga sinabi ko, erase mo lahat pag limited ang budget mo. Okey naman na ang kitlens eh. Tapos try mo yung yuoung nuo flash (di ko sure kung tama spell hehe).. 4k lang yun.. meron din sa jt photo

Mga Sis! HEEELP!  Uhm, Ano ba dapat tinitignan sa specs para malaman kung maganda DSLR? Hahaha. Sorry, sobrang newbie talaga. Iniisip ko talga kase kung ano maganda bilhin. Nakakahinayang much kung di naman pala maganda mabibili. I was thinking about 500D ng Cannon. Do you guys know kung how much un? Okay na kya siya for photoshoots? Vain ko kase XD Haha. Di matigil kakapicture sa sarile =))))) Btw, Budget is approximately up to 35K lang. So please, suggest naman kayo kung ano pang magandang model or brand na within 35K. Hahaha. Tska paexplain din mga sis kung ano ba haalaga ng lenses. Sabe kasi ng friends ko nakadepende daw ganda ng shot mo sa lenses. Kaso di ko naman maintindihan kung ano silbi nun, Jusco. :| Haha. Bought Canon 600d tapos 18-200mm na lens this afternoon. Newbie lang ako sa dslr so sinunod ko lang reco ng mga friends ko. I hope hindi ako magsisi sa pagbili. Bulky siya compare sa digicam pero better picture quality naman.

Mga sis, kundi naman ninyo aaralin mag-manual mode at naka-auto mode din lang kayo lagi, wag na bulky dslr ang bilhin ninyo. Kung pang camwhore lang, maganda rin naman yun sony nex.. try ninyo research about that cam.. may manual mode din siya at maganda din quality ng shots niya.

Yung mga Think Tank Retrospective series hindi halatang camera bag.  Di ko lang sure kung magugustuhan mo kasi di gaanong girly ang itsura pero of all camera bag manufacturers, Think Tank for me is the best in every aspect.  For lens pouches naman, I'd go with LowerPro.

Sorry to break your heart sis but I don't think you need a DSLR. WHY? You can not take pictures of yourself using the dslr unless you have a tripod, have someone to take it for you or do a mirror shot. Owning an expensive camera needs a lot of responsibilities like eventually you need to learn new techniques and the lens too.. If you are serious about photography, you need to invest on your camera. Lenses ranges to 8k up to 30k+, though I am not exactly sure but they are not cheap and heavy too. Bags and other accessories would likely cost you 10k++ pero good investment na yun. And also do you have a ride for safety reasons narin kasi takaw pansin ang camera bag Think about it sis, Marami naman point and shoot camera dyan na maganda din ang quality, check nikons webby. Hope this helps.

sis, sorry di na ako nagbackread...  help naman from the experts,  what's a good lens for tabletop photography or food photography?  i just wanted to take food photos in restaurants i rarely visit.  im using canon 18-135mm lens.  pansin ko, hindi siya nag-autofocus kapag malapit, like the distance between where I'm sitting at and my plate.   do i need another set of lens or may technique lang dapat kung matutunan?

I agree with calin22. sorry. When I decided buy one, I knew I wanted to seriously learn photography. DSLR’s are not cheap so I wanted to utilize it to its fullest. I’m not a cam whore myself in the first place. I’d rather take photos than to see myself in them. But then again, I’m so noob pa to say this hehe. think about it. ako, there was a time that I’ve regretted buying this kasi I don’t find photography easy… specially for someone like me na wala yatang talent. Manual mode kasi talaga ang inaaral ko. Fulfilling at sobrang enjoy nga lang pag learning ka na hehe.

^ i am a ex-dslr user before but i sold mine to salvage some value because I simply have no time and I find it really hard traveling with it. It was heavy and my sister, cousins, friends, co-worker and even my boyfie has one so Mukhang nalang kami sira when we are doing photo shoot hahah,, all of us holding their own hehe and sometimes nakakahiya kasi they spend a lot for the accessories ng camera nila - as newbie mararamdaman mo yung impulse to compete with them kaya at the end you might regret some issues buying that high maintenance camera.

I will be buying a dslr soon when I work in Singapore but that time I know I will have the budget and time for it it is safer to own a expensive camera there rather here

But if you can spend as much as 70k a year for your camera - please go ahead and get one. cash is good! No no to credit cards   anyways you should know din that there is such thing as actuation count - wag shot ng shot na parang gumagamit lang ng point and shoot, pag naubos na ang actuation count mo good as nothing nalang ang camera mo but syempre mataagal naman bago maubos yun hehe .. But I heard meron na daw pang refresh? Kaso I am not familiar so kindly correct me Kung meron nga..
