im thingking to shift career kasi and i want to be a real estate broker

you need to under broker review class
broker exam is sched na on mar 17
if dapat this year magkapag enroll ka na sa accredited review center para next year pwede ka na..

mga sis..if you want to become a broker, grab the opportunity of reviewing na as early as now and take the exams this coming March. I am also aspiring as a broker and I heard , this coming March na ang last exam for those with  4 to 5 years college degree. Kasi after this March exam, those who want to be a broker, eh dapat graduate ng 4 years real estate degree..this is a new one.


Tungkol naman as agent, you have to be a licensed agent before you can post something ...since they have already implemented the RESA LAW...Real Estate Service Act

120 Units of CPE credits.

Makukuha yon thru seminars or as a degree in College now.

pero i want to take the exam this march.. advise pls? hahanap pa din ako san pwede seminar and ayusin requirements.. hindi ko mahanap sa prc site

Yes! Super maging okay real estate agent! Like for me i get to travel abroad at least 4 times a year minimum 1-2months per travel. Iba yung per diem rate abroad and commissions. Like yung hinihingi kong budget allowance from company when going out of the country is almost 1M for 2 months travel. Pero syempre may kapalit na sales quota yun. Dapat super sipag and tyaga din. Ngayon ko lang naexperience yung financial freedom after 5 years in the corporate world. Im planning to take the brokers licensure pero siguro after ko ng manganak.

Licensed broker gets 5%, if you don't want to be tied up to an 8 to 5pm job, it's a good start.
