korek ka jan sis. more on sales talk ang iksena dito. we have a unit at azure and nung nalaman ko magkano kinita nung agent sa unit ko aba nawindang naman ako ganoon pala sha kalaki. sabi pa nga niya sa akin i can bring any interested customers sa model units then pag bibili may % ako even if i don't work for them eh naisip ko naman mas malaki yung makukuha niya sa akin kase sha agent at under pa niya ako. wala din kase ako tyaga sa ganyan hehe
century properties yata foreigner may ari not sure baka kaya generous din ang package mo per sale. compare naman sa smdc na 12k lang and sa iba 8k pa nga.

I have a friend who is a licensed real estate broker na pero sympre nung start sa agent agent muna sha he really worked hard to get on top kase he wanted to succeed. rich family nila but nag work pa din sha. nursing grad din yun but not RN. he worked for robinsons for 5yrs dun sha bumonga kase they sent him na to singapore, thailand etc i think that's if you really do overly well na with the sales. he has his own car na din,condo&franchise of chickboy. he's now with smdc and looking for agents also. gusto ko nga pumasok but feeling ko di ko kaya yung ginawa niya as in super tyaga. and super sales talk daw talaga to the max.

Yung mga high end units kasi like in azure costs around 10-20m and in century properties they're getting 3% commission. Imagine makabenta ka kahit isang unit Lang na worth 10M, commission is 300k may pambili ka na ng oto.

^@tifay hay sis papatulan ko sana kasi talent ko mag sales talk madaldal kasi ako and I've established connections na. Ang problema ko Hindi ko yata yung pati weekend eh may pasok... Tapos Monday Lang ang rest day... Gusto ko namang umasenso pero di naman ako ganun kadesperada to sacrifice my social life on weekends...

most probably not. like in Century properties Tuesday to Sunday yung workdays nila and the restday is on Monday. the reason for that is people are home or in the malls during weekend so pag weekend they get to talk with more potential clients kasi pag weekdays busy sila sa work. for century properties they don't go with the traditional selling na nagbibigay ng flyers sa mall kasi ang market naman nila is class A and/ or B. Instead pumupunta sila sa places where class A and B people go. Like in a furniture shop.

yung agent kase na nag alok samin was when we were abroad. wonder if pinadala sha nang century properties doon?!hehe di ko sure if agent sha talaga from century or may kila sha kase dad ko kinausap then pinapinta ako sa pacific star sa makati para meet yung agent sa pinas and tingnan yung model units.

Oh I forgot to tell you na pag magaling kang agent you have a big chance to be sent out of the country one of the benefits in real estate lalo na pag big companies like century properties. Remember the gigantic billboards of Paris Hilton along edsa and SLEX promoting azure? Century properties yun. Fo interested applicants pala PM me. I know someone from there na naghahanap ng agent for his team. Gwapo yun!!!

according to my real estate agent sa profriends, nag agent sya sa SMDC, just apply at MOA office, then 4 mos ang contract for full time real estate agents nila, 12k salary or allowance per month, sometimes everyday or every other day ang pasok depends daw sa manning schedule.

im not... but very tempted to become one. haha! i just know because someone from Century properties has been bugging me to join his team. hindi ko kasi kaya yung pay na 12k lang a month... though big money talaga pag nakabenta ka

naku mga sis pina quit ko si hubby.. sa moldex siya ang ending wala palang allowance...paano mga expenses niya kung kahit na allowance wala diba?

may nabasa ako sa isang forum na real estate agent siya pero di siya katulad nung mga usual agents na nag aabang sa mga mall. Yung sa kanya e online marketing daw dahil shy type daw siya. Yun ang target ko. Mag online marketing lang.
