OB-gyn recommendations around Metro Manila?

Hi GT sisters! May suggestions ba kayong good and friendly OB pasig or antipolo area? And ask ko lang kung saan ka nagpapa consult doon din dapat ang delivery? thanks!

Hi sis! I recommend Dra. Marisa Reyes (from Antipolo). May sarili siyang clinic, located at BAJ bldg, yung papunta sa bayan ng Antipolo. Masarap siya kausap and friendly. P300 lang consultation fee niya and may kasamang ultrasound yon every check up. She is affiliated in Clinica Antipolo and Antipolo Doctors Hopital.

Pwede ka magwalk in na lang sa clinic niya. She asked me kung sino nagrecommend sa kanya sa akin tapos sinabi ko na nakita ko lang dito sa GT tapos tumawa siya =)) Hindi siya intimidating and open minded.

So far, siya ang pinakagusto kong OB sa mga napuntahan ko. Btw, she's on leave from May 17- June 2 kaya puntahan mo na siya agad And mas maganda kung dun ka sa clinic niya mismo kasi may free ultrasound yon

Not sure though. June pa ako manganganak, e. Pero I'd choose Clinica Antipolo. Mas bago facilities dun, e.

mga sissy help naman, in looking for a very good ob gyne, im from cainta, ive tried the medical city in marikina kaya lang im not satisfied with the ob na nakausap ko dun, masyado siyang nagmamadali and parang wala lang we waited for almost 1 hour then hindi naman ako sa satisfy with the answers na binigay nya, no test na ginawa..

Ang sabi kasi namin sa kanya im almost 3 months delayed, and nag p.t ako last week lang april 29 since irregular ako hindi pa nag sisink in sa akin yung possibility na preggy ako.
In expecting sana na magrurun kami ng test for us to know kung ilang weeks na si baby and kunh confirmed ba, since malabo yung test na ginawa namin sa house 1 week ago, so un, wala lang sabi na lang nya is.. Too early pa daw, huh? Paano naman naging too early to test ulit. E lumalaki na yung chan ko oh! and naloka pa ako if may bawal na food sa akin, sagot nya "wala naman" if softdrinks limit lang.. tas reseta na lang siya ng gamot pampakapit and vitamins un lang, ang balik daw ako next week??
So hindi ako natuwa unang una, bakit moko pababalikin if pwde mo naman gawin yung dapat gawin sa akin that day, nakakainis! Wala na ata sa mood mag check up. waste of time and money lang.

Sis kikayprincess: kaka imbyerna naman yang napuntahan mo naku balak ko pa naman pa check sa medical city rin pero pupuntahan ko muna this Sat yung sinuggest ng isa nating sis here.. Sana ok sya first time ko kasi..

Sis prettypepz: Kung 'di ka nahihirapan pumunta sa Antipolo, you can try my OB, Dra. Marisa Reyes. P300 lang consultation fee niya and may kasama nang ultrasound yon. So at least yon, maveverify talaga kung preggy ka or not Yung clinic niya (REYES CLINIC) is located at BAJ building, near Petron station, yung papunta sa bayan.

@kikayprincess: kaka PT ko lang kasi sis eh, first time to and under stress pa talaga ako kasi hindi pa mag sink in na magiging mom na ko hehe though hindi naman ako minor.. Siguro mag 1 month na sis..

ako din si dra grace luna-cabrera! haha. since 2009.

one thing na na-appreciate ko kay dra grace is nakikipag-kwentuhan talaga siya na parang friends friends kayo habang consultation. may mga tumingin din sa sakin doon sa st luke's nga mga OB pero parang di kami connect katulad kay dra grace. haha.

hi sis! san ka sa antipolo banda? i'm from antipolo and m OB has a ling in clinic sa Cogeo and affiliated sa Antipolo Med and World Citi. Her name is Dra. Masachessette Clemente-FErnandez. Sobrang bait, accommodating and patient. Lahat ng bagay ie-explain nya sa yo at pwede mong istorbohin anytime of the hehe...  tsaka hindi din sya basta basta nagc cs...ako talagang pinilit nya na normal delivery.

Hi mga sis, it's been 10 months since i got married, polycistic patient ako, hirap pa din kame makabuo ng baby. Anyone who can suggest the best Ob around metro manila? Polycystic kasi ako. Pero were already done sa mga test, both normal nman at capable nman daw ako mabuntis. Yun lang mahirap lang daw since poly patient ako. Mejo nag-iisip kmi kasi matagal na kmi sa obygne ko kaso di pa rin ako ngbubuntis, inspite of having many test and laboratory exams. Sana may makapagrecommend ng magaling na OB Gyne. I am from Mandaluyong. Okay lang kahit mejo malayo, basta within metro manila. We are so desperate to have a baby. Thanks in advance! ^_^

PCOS din ako 2 years kami bago nagkaanak ni hubby. OB ko si Dra. Joan Tan Garcia. My clinic sya sa Manila Doctors Hospital, St Lukes QC at Cardinal Santos. Super galing nya talaga pero may kamahalan talaga ang consultation sa kanya lalo na pag fertility ang issue, but then sulit naman ang gastos at oras ng paghihintay kapag magpupunta sa clinic nya kahit pa sabihin na per appointment sya.

@gorgeousgem how much consultation kay dra joan tan garcia sa st lukes and cardinal? Pinagpipilian ko kasi siya or si dra sua lao e. i have 6cm endometriosis sa left ovary pero wala pa plan magbaby. Dati 7cm yan, 1cm lang niliit for 1 year. Sinuggest kasi sakin ng mga sis dito na dapat pag endometriosis ang case sa mga repro endo na ob. Pag 3rd consult ko na if ever. HiNdi lang ako makapagdecide kung kay dr joan tan garcia or dra sua lao. Thanks.

Hi annmitch! Sa Manila doctors kase ako but then I think pareho lang consultation fee nya, 1K pero I think depende din sa case. Before ako magconsult sa kanya tumawag muna ako sabi sa akin ng secretary nya nasa 800 to 1K daw, pero 1K charge nya sa akin. Sulit naman gastos kase magaling talaga. Sabi nga nung iba OB na napagpacheckupan ko "OB de kampanilya daw si Dra Joan Tan Garcia. Try mo sis magpaconsult muna sa kanya mafefeel m if worth sya or hindi.

To annmitch: Both Drs. Garcia and Sua-Lao are good. Both do laparoscopy. You will be in good hands with either of them. But which one charges cheaper is the question but if you are willing to pay a huge amuont for your operation then it is doesn't matter who you choose..  Which one has more patients (in which case you will spend long hours waiting at the clinic) is another. And which one explains to you thoroughly  your case is another  factor to consider before you will be able to choose the best Ob-gynecologist for you.
