Count me in mga sis. hindi pa naman kami hiwalay ni BF pero I can really feel it. Kahit ilang beses ko na tnry na makipag usap sa kanya. parang wala pa din. on the rocks na talaga kami at parang ako ang laging kawawa dahil sya pa ang galit. Kailangan ko idivert ang attention ko. To be honest, I'm listing right now ang mga things na ayaw ko sa kanya and I can't believe that this is really a long list.

He's my very first BF and more than 7 years na kami kaya nahihirapan ako sa pakiramdam na to.

I don't wish to butt in an all-sisters affair, but I don't think you need this group yet.  You need a different support group, one that specifically deals with troubled existing relationships.  I think this group is designed for those who want to move on from break-ups where there's no possibility of saving the relationship anymore.

(Ang lalabas kasi, baka lahat ng payo na makuha mo dito ay "makipag-break ka na!"  Whereas in your situation, marami pa namang possibilities.)

Hanap ka ng ibang threads, or start your own.  I'm sure maraming tutulong sa iyo dito.

to marijay, i think this is really a nice idea and I think this would really some some of our sisters here.
Kasi ako, nung 'dark days' ko (although kami pa, meron lang talagang matinding problema) grabeng stressed ako nun. Naapektuhan appetite ko chaka talagang sobra sa kakaisip to the point na um-attend pa ko ng retreat para lang magkaron ng peace of mind kung hindi baka masiraan ako. Baka makatulong yung may kausap ka na makaka-relate sayo or yung makikinig sayo. I know this would've helped me back then

Hi sis, ganyan din sitwasyon ko.. actually di ko sinasabi sa mga friends ko na I am in a  LDR I felt Idont need to kasi happy naman ako before and after ako umalis ng Pinas. Ngayon he broke up with me and I feel so alone in a foreign country and I have very few friends pa. Sobrang iilang lang tlaga yung pwede ko sabihan.. ang hirap. Ayaw ko muna umuwi ng Pinas don't feel excited at all. Natatakot ako harapin sha ( He only broke up with me over skype at mag usap daw ulti kami pag uwi kong Pinas) natatakot ako sabihin nya sakin harap harap na mag iba na.. hindi ko kaya.. =(

Hi sis well actually nacurious talaga ako sa FT ng SIL ko (ate Ruby)kasi nagkakatutuo yung mga readings niya sa kanya, and i never experienced pa yung mga ganun hula kaya I tried it and then yun! may nakikita na nga akong nagkakatutuo. Lately, sobrang lungkot ko talaga sa ngyayari, kaya magpapreading uli ako sa kanya this Tuesday
