^i'm a patient of doc casanova. i haven't tried the other ob though. okay na okay siya for me. madaling matext, maasikaso, makwento, talagang careful siya. we have recommended her to several friends, even those TTC. yung isang officemate ni hubby (si hubby nagrecommend), sya din ob and sa kanya din nakabuo.

she has clinic at paranaque doctors MWTH 6-8pm, asian hospital on saturdays, 1-7PM. yun lang naalala ko kasi dun lang ako nagpupunta eh hehe. medyo jampack lang sis kaya better talaga na maaga ka pumunta. PM ko number nya. text mo sya, mabait naman yun.

My OB is Dra Jasmine Libunao. She's at Alabang Medical Center Mon-Sat (except Wed) from 9am til 12noon. She's also affiliated with Asian Hospital, though I visit her at Alabang Med kasi mas malapit sa bahay.

Hi sissies! Newbie here sa Pregnancy and Childbirth Threads. Just found out that I'm 5 weeks preggy. I found this thread really helpful. Upon reading this, I got an appointment na with Dra. Casanova kanina. She's really kind and cool. Kumbaga, I'm comfortable with her. Plus sakto din na affiliated siya both ng Maxicare (my HMO) and Medicard (hubby's HMO). Pero mga sis na patient nya sa Asian Hospital, would you mind sharing kung how much inabot yung total bill nyo sa delivery, whether normal or CS? Gusto kasi namin malaman if yung total cost eh pwedeng i-cover ng health cards namin, if not lahat, eh large percentage nung total bill sana. Para wala na or lesser cash out. Kasi sayang din yun. TIA!

^michiness , last July when i gave birth, my total bill (as in lahat lahat na incl baby) is 65k less 5k philhealth and 11k sa HMO namin.
You could ask her rates naman. mabait po sya! she's still my OB, and yes im preggy again

Sis diane, super thanks for the info. And coongrats sa new baby! Nung tinanong ko kasi siya yesterday, kung how much, range lang ang binigay nya. Sa Asian daw, nasa 80-100k ang normal, then 100-150k pag CS. Eh namamahalan ako. Bakit sau parang less pricey? Kung ganyan din aabutin ang bill ko if ever, eh kering keri na. hehe. I really like Dr. Casanova. Pero nagsa-suggest si hubby na humanap pa ng iba na mas cheaper. Kasi nga, as much as possible, gusto namin konti na lang ang cash out. Ask ko na lang ulit si Doc sa next visit ko. June1 ako naka-sched for transV. Ano ba ginagawa dun? Sorry na, rookie here.

^i gave birth at pdh, NSD with epidural. 50k ang bill ko. all in na yan. See you on June 1!   transV is transvaginal ultrasound, malamang sa hi precision yan gawin. yung malapit na diagnostic center sa asian. it's about 1300, there you will see the baby. yung quote ni doctora is average lalo kung dumating ka na 3cm ka pa lang then inadmit ka na.

Thanks sa info sis iristacey! Yun pala yun. hehe. Saktong 8weeks na ako by June1. Sa PDH ka pala. Sabi nga ni Doc, mas cheaper dun compared to Asian. Kaya lang, masyado ng malayo. I'm from Imus kasi. Malapit lapit ang Asian via Daang Hari. Gusto ko kasi sana talaga sa Asian manganak. Lam nyo na, paranoid lang. First baby kasi kaya gusto ko sa magandang hospital. Pero after reading another thread, re hospitals and OB in Cavite, we decided na maghanap hanap din dito. Let's see kung ano ang magiging final decision. hehe. Congrats pala for having another baby! Excited naman ako sa pag-ultrasound. First time. And hopefully, wala naman sana maging problem.

^taga imus din ako sis. nagslex kame ng manganganak na ako, wala pang 30mins nandun na kame. Saka taga better living lang si doctora kaya wala pang 15mins nasa ospital na sya

My ob is dra. Julieta reyes sa casa medica nman sya s sm southmall...affiliated sya s lpdh ..yung iba nya di ko na kabisado...super bait...parang mommy na rin ang feeling mo s knya...napaka soft spoken at magaan kausap...

Hi sisses! Im on my 29th week of pregnancy. My ob is Dra. Marietta Samoy.She has a clinic at BF Maternity, affliated sya with Asian and UPHMC and she is the director for Las Pinas medical. I work as a private school teacher and lahat na yata ng mga admin officials and teachers dito na nabuntis at nagpaanak eh siya ang ob. Maalaga sya sobra plus she is also the ob of my mom-in-law (at natuklasan ko na sya pala ang nag circumcize kay hubby before.) She is in the medical profession for 28 years na.Accredited sya ng maxicare. Super bait nya infact sa bf maternity ako madalas nagpapacheck up beause of my schedule in school pero wala silang healthcard terminal dun so para magamit ang card, ginagamit yung terminal sa LPMC and then dadalhin na [textspeak!] ang form sa BF maternity. She holds clinic with Dra. Cerna sa bf maternity. What I like and love about her is matandain siya sa mga infos ng patients nya and super maalaga. She answers to text messages din...Expect her to be very busy kasi siya hospita l director ng LPMC pero during consultation time, di siya nagmamadali at mabusisi. She is also a sonologist! Sa BF Maternity Php400 nag consultation nya, sa LPMC Php550.00 sya...

pag-asa lang ako sis. keribels naman. basta either pdh or asian ako nagpapacheck up kasi timing sa after office hours yung pdh clinic nya, 6-8pm.
