Pimples @ the age of 9?

I dunno where to post this whether to teens or kids  My cousin is 9 years old and she started to have small rashes in her forehead (cannot tell if this are pimples) I think she's too young to have pimples but we heard that some people started having pimples at that age. What products (eerrr facial wash or creams) should you guys recommend? Aveeno is all we know that can be safe for her. What do you guys think?

how about cetaphil? alam ko okay din yun for sensitive skin. it's even used sa mga babies.

hi sis. my sister got pimples at the age of 10. so pinacheck ko if it's really pimples...and yes it is. medyo early bloomer si little sis. ginagamit niya now is cetaphil. ayoko pa muna sya pagamitin ng kung ano anong creams lalo na yung mga healing creams that time eh. it helps naman pero the pimples were still there. pero nabawasan.

sis my daughter who is 10 now, got little pimples on her forehead nung march lang tapos, sabi ko mag wash siya ng face niya, I let her use tender care soap na para lang sa face yun. kasi pag naliligo siya the soap she use on her body, she uses it sa face din. so sabi ko sensitive kasi yung skin sa face compare sa body. about a week after nawala yung small pimples sa forehead, but after a month she has her first menstration,  baka sign na rin yung pimples na magkaka-mens na siya
