For me, the reason ganun ang reaction nila cos they know that Avery hates it when his mom steps in.
He's trying to make a name of his own an everytime na associate siya with the famous Avery's, bad trip
Talaga siya. Yun Lang kasi it's gonna be a big issue. If Avery doesn't want it then obviously, the foundation
Is not gonna buy it kasi yun Lang ang condition nila.

i saw it coming! kasi sobrang dali naman if their initial investor will agree agad-agad. tapos always pang binabanggit avery foundation throughout the episode.
jackson is presumably of same age as cristina, mer, april & alex. medyo mas awkward kina derek at lalo na kay chief webber if jackson became chairman of the board. but correct me if i'm wrong, hindi pa naman siya ang chairman, di ba? stipulated lang na he will be sitting at the board?

^^Ang sabi ni mommy avery, being the majority investor (shareholder), the foundation has the right to appoint someone in their BOD - and Jackson was chosen. Ang chairman ay vini-vote ng BOD.

Eto pa pala:

Directors are not required to hold shares in a corporation.

^And... mas bet ko si Weber kase may leadership skills talaga sha, kahit nga hindi na sha chief, naga-advise pa sha. If I remember correctly, nag step down sha because of Adele, pero dahil wala na si Adele, pwede na. Kahit romantically involved sha kay mommy Avery, keri na pareho naman sila busy.

Well, pwede din si Owen, kaya lang yung likelihood na sha ang ivo-vote, ewan, baka si Cristina lang mag vote, lol. Sisisihin pa din nila sha for the plane crash.

^That is his current position. But he can be elected to sit on the BoD after the acquisition.

Ano naman kaya ang magiging reaction ng co-residents na hindi kasali sa lahat ng pangyayari? Si Alex and April ang "outsiders" sa deal.

^ I think they'd be thankful because they were at a point na iniisip nila na mawawala na ang hospital.

I doubt na they'll be thankful (right away, at least) kase GA is full of drama. Big thing, small thing, may drama. To what extent, ayun ang gusto ko malaman.
