Sana naman kasi airlines muna ni-sue nila... tapos saka hospital kung gusto pa rin. Ayaw [textspeak!] talaga nila payamanin mga characters hahaha!

may be they will get the money then invest it in Seattle grace. So in the end as investors they will all be part of the board of trustees of the hospital

Ang pagkaexplain nila why the hospital is liable instead of the charter company/airplane is because they declared naman daw na they had mechanical issues and it was the fault of the hospital to still choose them despite those issues. Doon naging liable si Owen, dahil tinipid niya and went with the faulty plane instead of the fancy one.

This crash/lawsuit storyline is very nakakasawa na. Akala ko move on na, sabay balik nanaman dito. Hay. But I'm still gonna watch cause I love the characters hehe.

meron din nabanggit na insurance dapat ang magbabayad, pero dapat not more than 2 attendings ang kasama sa flight. eh diba si karev pinalitan ni arizona, so that makes them 3 attendings. arizona, mark and derek. so di daw sasagutin ng insurance. kaya hospital ang magbabayad.

^ yes but that's the hospital's insurance may insurance ang SGMW everytime may nagssue na patients, damages etc.  other people were asking kasi kung bakit hindi yung charter company.

^ If I remember right, ang sinabi is: that the airline already has history of mechanical problems and this info is known to the public daw, not necessarily declared.

I couldn't remember if sinabing declared. And I agree, porke ba dineclare, absolved na?

I used to be housemates with a pilot before, and very strict daw talaga ang aviation rules. Kelangan masunod lahat ng rules. So kung frequent ang mechanical problems, it's likely na may hindi sila sinusunod sa dun sa rulebook of sorts nila.

Off topic, sabi nung pilot ex-housemate ko, yung iba nga daw plane dito sa Pilipinas hindi na pinapayagan lumipad sa US, ancient na daw, haha.

I think they couldn't sue the airline company because
a. someone already suggested it "sue the pilot" or nail the pilot but mer and cristina said no, the pilot was not negligent and he had loss a good amount of function din as much as arizona.
b. owen as the chief, signed the contract, stating that because of budget cuts, they contracted a cheaper airline company, fully aware of its track record. dito sa us before contracting anything, mapa-service company, utilities, anything that employees use kahit lockers sa locker room, everything has to pass through a department weighing risks and benefits for everyone using it. especially sa hospital where anyone can sue the facility for the most petty things. and if you're cutting it financially, the risks has to be disclosed.
c. with that said, owen signed it supposedly aware that there's a very likely chance that if and when he puts his staff in that plane, it will very possibly crash. which makes the hospital accountable for the accident because it was an informed decision. and not the airplane comp.

are charter companies under FAA regulations? based on their track records, shouldn't the charter company be shut down na?

^i get you, sis.. di ba if they'll blame owen, owen can then blame the certifying body ng charter company? bakit binibigyan ng license to operate kung yun track record is hindi maganda?

We can all talk about the law, who should be legally liable and what not, but this is only a fictional TV series, hindi ito reality show. Eh kung yung medical cases nga nila, minsan hindi believable din. Pati yung personal relationships nila, malayo din sa real life.

^ Yeah I agree. Chill lang mga GA fans! We can argue how "lame" that storyline is but wag na pagtalunan ang mga batas nila at aviation regulations, etc. since medyo off-topic na. I just stated how they explained why they were liable, doesn't mean na I believe it. I know, it's kinda unrealistic and fault na yon ng writers hahaha

Anyway! Ano nalang gusto niyong outcome? They buy they hospital and end up being part of the board or something? Or they turn down the 15M? Can I just say, mayayaman naman sila (Derek's the hotshot brain surgeon, Mer's the heir of Ellis' fortune kung meron man, Cristina's the Beverly Hills girl tapos si Callie may rich daddy) hahahaha couldn't blame Alex for wanting to be on that plane too.

Baka ang gusto mangyari ni shonda, sila Derek maging shareholders ng hospital. Hindi ba x2 ang bayad ng damages kay Mer, kase kasali din si Lexie?

I'd say na sila ang bibili ng hospital. It'll be a good twist sa story. Done na sila as doctors eh. I mean they can still be doctors but owning the hospital will I've a new story to them. Lumbago lumevel- up na sila. They can be consultants or Kung ano pa.

Mer and Derek will get 45M cos of Lexie
Arizona and Torres will get 30M cos of Sloane na rin.
Kaya natatawa ako nung sinabi ni Karev "I should've been on that plane"

Well, if Mer has most of the money, she can buy the majority/controlling shares. Ok lang naman, sha naman ang bida, kaya Grey's Anatomy.

I watched the latest episode. Parang the writers never thought naman na they will invest sa hospital. Cost cutting cost cutting lang.

Anyway, looks like everyone's moving on, so back to good old Grey's na sana. Ayoko lang nung intern na naka link kay Avery, he's too pretty for her. And yung mukang bagong love interest ni April, dating actor sa Ringer and Switched at Birth, he looks like Alex, sa Ringer pa lang napansin ko na.

^Yes! Napansin ko nga na kamukha sya ni Alex! Prettier version, in my opinion. Ano ba nangyari ke Alex? Ang laki ng tyan. Nawala na totally yung appeal nya.  (I still love his character though)

Ako naman, I am liking Avery with Stephanie.  Not that I will like it if they will get serious though.  I am liking that they are having fun. Siguro ako kasi, anyone is better than April!

I love Bailey and all, and I do agree with her that if you dont have a better idea, might as well shut up. BUT I actually thought her parinig about not having millions was so inappropriate. As if Derek and the rest cared about the money.  Eh kung ako si Derek don, sige sa yo na yung 15million ko, ibalik mo yung buhay ko before ng crash.  Palit na lang tayo ng lugar! Ang bait pa ni Derek, he understood daw that she was scared.   

Hindi talaga magaling umarte si Ellen Pompeo no?

Ang funny sobra ni Cristina! Sandra Oh is so much better in comedy than in drama.

^ Super agree ako sa bad acting skills ni Ellen Pompeo, lalo na sa latest episode na she's hormonal and fake crying and all.. HAHAHAHA. But yeah! I actually like Kepner now, in fairness to her she got so much prettier with her hair now. And baka dahil hindi na siya virgin mas may appeal na lol

Guapo nga yung paramedic na yun. Una akala ko si Alex yun, namalik mata lang ako. Buti naman nag dagdag sila ng character na kanais nais sa paningin, nabawasan kasi nung namatay si Sloan.
