I don't get why the lawyers decided to go after Seattle Grace.
Hindi ba they just did their jobs as doctors and that's why they got on the plane?
If the doctors decide to not go after Seattle Grace, then they would have to back out from the lawsuit di ba? Sana they settled na lang.

I am sure there is a sensible explanation kung bakit papayag IN CASE papayag nga sila derek na i-sue ang hospital. They didnt want to go after the pilot pero they will go after the hospital nang ganon na lang? This will just totally screw up every good thing about them kung walang rational behind that.

That is, kung papayag nga sila. I dont think (or hope) they will.

Ang loser ng intern na pining over Alex. Ang ganda ni Wilson, kamukha nya si Georgina Chapman (and Kristine Hermosa!). Her storyline is unnecessary though.

I've always loved Meredith and Alex's friendship. More than Mer and Yang actually.

Medyo malabo talaga na gusto nila i-sue yung SGMW. BUT, I think the hospital hired or provided the charter company and plane na nagfly sa kanila so idk. Baka responsible din yung management ng hospital (aka Owen) kasi sila yung nagpadala ng mga doctors na tutulong sa ibang case. Sana i-explain nung lawyer sa next episode.

YAY! Good episode, definitely better than the last! At first I was like, uugggghh super predictable nung pregnancy scare ni April but then wow, I didn't expect the ending!!

medyo complex kasi yung ginawa nilang storyline for the airplane crash. i dunno where they're getting at. pero basically sa hospital environment dito sa states, there's this thing called "workers' comp" when you're injured at work or because of work related things. how it goes is that, yes they provide the coverage for the medical (and sometimes psychological care) where it gets tricky and complicated is that when that practice is part of a "union", or basically someone that speaks for the majority of that specific practice. who most of the time is out to get the company sued. lol. hello $$$$

anyway, I think they're suing the hospital because the administration (Owen being a part of it), they knowingly (well except Owen) compromised their employees' life by commissioning a relatively cheap airline/aircraft company supposedly completely aware of its several crash track records as stated in the contract because of budget cuts and Owen signed the contract without reading the premise of the documents which was the biggest mistaaake.

I work in LA and one physician fell off a wheelie chair and got his back injured. Wasn't his fault at all. It was the chair's (lol) but, he didn't sue the manufacturer. he sued the administration for buying the chairs without risk reviews. big fiasco. next thing we know wala ng wheels lahat ng upuan namin! lol,

so yun. complicated employee/employer relp here. haha.

it's not suppose to be THAT complicated though because they're a TV show dapat relatable siya to everyone who's watching it and not just the ones in the healthcare field.. ang ewan ng storyboard producers.
