sis ako rin gusto ko makibalita dito. i heard the news regarding renewal of visa na may tenancy contract daw dapat. eh nakakaloka lang paano ang mga ordinary employees lang na di kalakihan ang sahod at di makaafford ng 1 bedroom apartment, pano naman yon.

iniisip ko nga ito kasi im thinking of getting visa for my baby. pano kaya talaga? sabi nila stop daw muna itong rule until matapos ang summer working hours. hmmm

Hello sis wala pa ding balita eh.. naka hold pa to till further notice.. feeling ko di pa to mangyayari.. they have no choice naman kundi itaas sahod ng mga tao or ibaba nila ang rental fee ng mga flata para lahat maka comply sa rule na to unless gusto nila i-eradicate lahat ng mga expats sa uae.. eh di mga local ang gagawa ng trash jobs hehe diba? kasi magiging no choice ang mga tao if di mo afford ang housing paano ang visa mo diba? pag wala kang visa dika pwede stay here.. domino effect lang.. feeling ko inaayos pa nila yan so stand by lang tayo..

apparently, naka-hold nga lang daw until further notice.. bigla bigla kasi silang mag-iimplement ng hindi pinag-iisipan! nakakainis!

we just renewed last week my MIL residence visa. al ain visa si hubby so we had to process it in al ain. at first naghanap sila ng tenancy contract though studio lang ito and sa khalifa city A kami nakatira. then pina-type lang nila in arabic and yun na yun. but we had issues sa 5k bond coz we made the deposit in abu dhabi way back on 2010. anyway, the day after the holiday, hubby went to abu dhabi naturalization and residency naman and tried to renew it in abu dhabi. hubby removed from the set of papers the copy of our tenancy contract, hindi naman daw hinanap. but ayaw i-renew sa abu dhabi so same day, he went back to al ain. he presented sa al ain the set of papers without the copy of the tenancy contract and ok naman.

^sabi ko nga sa hubby ko, hindi na lang nila paalisin lahat ng expats! kaya lang sino gagawa ng trabaho natin? mga locals? magkano sahod nila? malulugi lahat ng private companies sa kanila pag ganon hehe.. saka wala namang local ang gustong magwork sa private companies, sa timings pa lang, ayaw na nila!

kakarenew lang dn namin visa ng bunso ko, d naman hinanap tenancy contract pero may pinapirma na waiver kay hubby na next time mag renew may tenancy contract na. Sa Al ain kami

^may waiver sis? wala naman atang pinirmahang waiver ang hubby ko. next year kasi renewal ng visa ng eldest ko and giving birth sa september, since al ain visa si hubby, sa al ain na lang namin process. sana naman hindi kami pahirapan..

about sa tenancy contract: need na ngayon for renewal ng visa. though put on hold until after the summer holiday lang. pagkatapos nun, implement na nila. kaya namomorblema nga officemate ko about that kasi mageexpire na visa ng baby niya plus manganganak pa siya. so yun.

question: may alam ba kayong chinese medicine seller dito? am looking for chinese bitter eh.  thanks! by the way i'm in abu dhabi

mga sis, I'm from dubai po. tagal ko na nagtatawag sa mga posible na pede kuhaan ng medical insurance ng 2 kong kids. indi kasi sakop ng mga insurance namin ni hubby ang mga bata. nakapag inquire naman ang hubby ko sa mismong company ng medical insurance nila (AXA) kaso ang gusto bayaran namin ng buo ang 1year ng both kids. bka may irerecommend naman kayo na kilala nyo na ngfafacilitate ng individual  medical insurance dito sa dubai and sana yung reasonable naman yung price. Hope ko may magreply ASAP since talagang priority namin na mgkaron ng insurance ang mga bata. edad po nila is 2&3yrs old. TIA
