@aries2008, naka-husband visa ka?  if yes, then your husband need to sign a NOC (ata yun) so you're company can process your labour card.  this is for legal purposes.  but since you're in a husband visa, you can leave the company anytime.  very flexible nga ang mga naka-husband visa and they can't impose a ban on you coz you are not under their visa.

Our concern kasi is husband got a jo in Abu Dhabi, everything went well, even the waiting period, In short na advise narin mga Feb siya available until the agency called in na sinabi na pwede ng i-process yung paper nya, the concern is He's an engineer and sabi kung gusto daw maka-alis kaagad gagawin technician yung visa. Kasi daw pag Engr yung visa it may take quite sometime (a month i think ? )but hubby wanted na engr parin sana para may opportunity na maka-dalaw kame dun plus of course iniisip nya rin profession nya.

Is it true na matagal ayusin ang visa pag nandun na siya? like pag tatanggapin nya yung Technician, hindi madaling i-change as Engineer?

Hi po .. Im planning to go to Abu Dhabi to find job rin .. mag tourist visa sana ako .. Alam nyo ba yun safest way to apply tourist visa? KUn paano at saan pwede magpa-process .. Wala kasi ako idea .. panay nga search ko kaso wala akong makitang info .. I have cousin dun kaso hindi nya pa ako kayang sponsoran kasi less than a year pa lang siya and un sweldo e hindi pa ganun kalaki .. may bf din ako dun kaya super like kong sumunod .. May nakapag try ba sa inyo un sa Etihad Airlines kaso pricey kasi yun ticket dapat Etihad around 55k ang roundtrip .. parang sila ata yun mag sponsor .. Please enlighthen me regarding this .. hmmm fishy! if i were u wag kang papayag na ang nasa visa ng asawa mo technician. once its issued yun na for the entire contract ang VISA ng hubby mo.

lahat ng klase ng visa (EMLOYMENT/RESIDENCE) pareho lang ng processing time kapag nasa Labour/immigration na ng UAE.

I remember years back nag-aral ako ng graphic design sa OWWA ata yun, hindi ako natuto. AED 100 lang binayad namin for registration and medyo madami kami, di natutukan. I guess kasalanan ko din, hindi ako ganun ka-focused.

you should be earning 10kdhs or pwedeng mas mababa as long as you are under the listed profession such as engineer, docto and, teacher.

kailangan ko kasi ng mag babantay sa baby ko pag working hours. temporary lang kasi yung nanny talaga ng baby ko eh hinihintay pa ang visa.
