hello sisses! anyone here been to Argentina?! ok ba dito? and any travel tips?!

Hey Yui_21! I've been to Buenos Aires with a side trip to Iguassu to see the falls a few years back. The city itself has a European flare, although just like any other big city, it's crowded and industrialized. What I've enjoyed though is the food (heaven for steak lovers) and the culture (definitely do a tango lesson or at least watch a show, and also do a tour of the pampas and see the gauchos, maybe horseback, etc). Also worth the trip is the Iguassu Falls, really awesome experience. Must do the boat ride when you're there. Hoppe this helps!

I think Argentina is very doable, even if you're a single traveller. Anyway, there's always plenty of tours offered that you could join. As for shopping, would recommend buying leather stuff there. It's cheaper than say Spain, but quality is pretty good. Don't forget to get dulce de leche as take-along, yummy stuff!

I also want to visit this place (plus Peru!) but mahal pala ang ticket from Asia, lahat sila nag vi-via Europe? :-( About 1.7k to 2k ang return? Wala bang cheaper route pa Argentina sisses? from US kasi parang ganun din?
