Last year when I got my bb 9220 plan 600 from Sun under my mom's name, Pagkasubmit ng requirements, approved agad then nakuha agad namin yung phone.

Hi! Is it easy to get approved in sun cellular postpaid? I'm considering getting a plan either sun or smart. Thanks!

Every time I've opened a sun cellular postpaid account, mabilis naman ang approval process. Nakukuha ko siya within the same time na kumuha ako. Nakailang beses na rin kasi ako na nag-oopen and nagpapaclose ng line with sun kasi nawawala [textspeak!] need nya talaga. Pero mabilis naman, just make sure complete ang docs mo. If ITR ang bibitbitin mo naman, itawag mo na lang kung how much ang minimum monthly salary mo para sa line na gusto mo :)

Hi  :)
May nakaranas ba/ or regular lang ba sa bill yung may monthly adjustment fee? I'm supposed to pay 600 monthly kaso this Jan-Feb bill may monthly adjustment fee kaya asa 700 -800 yung total, dun naman sa mga no. of texts /minutes of call, pasok naman sa limit pero mahigit 600 babayaran ko. Dati naputulan ako kasi di nabayaran, that's around Oct.. dun sa bill nakasulat, -monthly adjustment October-.. so I guess may kinalaman ba yun dun.. thanks in advance .

girls, i need your help.

i applied for sun plan 999 at sun market market - samsung tab plus samsung phone last jan. 20. i presented all the docs need including the PNB/ALLIED cc billing statement. wait for 5 working days pa nga.

last week, they texted me that i got approved, bring valid id and cashout of 999 autocharge to credit card. when i went to sun market market, hinihingi nila cc ko which is hindi ko dinala. here's my problem. i don't have credit card with me anymore since my cc is inactive for a long time but i regularly received the billing statement monthly. i can't show my cc kasi napunched ko na yun and of course expiry is 2012 pa. fyi, hindi sya delinquent of course kasi monthly na ako nakakatanggap ng billing eh.

paano kaya yun mga sis, ano mga plan ang puwde ko kunin since approved ako, na hindi na need ipakita ang cc. kung ipapakita ko cc ko, i need to settle the balance before i request for anew card.

Dont get Polaroid, Coby and Skyworth units - sirain sya sisses and panget ang after sales nila. Dapat di na binebenta ni Sun to e. sa mismong service center mo pa dadalhin which is located in España Manila pa.

may naka experience na ba sainyo sissies na chinarge ng mobile internet without really using it?

I transferred my sun sim sa blackberry handset ko.

For the whole month never ako nag log-in sa kahit anong site using that phone kahit mag wifi hindi ko ginamit naka iphone naman kasi ako sa globe. tsaka laptop ako palagi magnet.
Plus may anti bill shock ako, Nagnonotify yung sun once I reach 6 hrs, 8, and 10 hrs of mobile internet pero wala akong notification. Ang text lang sakin reaching to 80% of CL na. I thought it was because of my international calls kaya deadma lang.

I called thrice na. first and 2nd call ko sabi valid daw yung paggamit ko ng net kaya hindi marereimburse. Next call ko sabi if I want full reversal I need to extend my contract for 1 month. Napaka unfair naman ata nun dba? 5 years na yung account ko with sun kahit hindi ako magextend magrerenew ako.

@px17
It happened to us last year, accidentally na-on ang mobile data sa phone ng Mama ko dahil sa pagcheck nila ng signal. Not our fault actually, it was the one of the suncellular employee there who accidentally turned on the mobile data.

If we want a full reversal daw, we need to extend our contract for 2 months.  What I did, I asked a copy from them kung anong sites pinuntahan para masabi nilang valid yun because I'm 100% sure na walang gumamit ng internet.  And dahil wala silang mapakita for many months na follow-up ko, it only means nangloloko sila.

So, I cut my 2 phone lines with them kahit na 4 years na account namin sa kanila.

i dunno what is happening to sun today. ang hirap tumawag. when you send a message sometimes it takes forever to send at mareceive.

nakaconnect ka na then after a few seconds the call will be cut. nakakainis!

i've been a loyal subscriber of suncellular for more than 10years na. i'm still satisfied with their service except yung sa wifi nila.. sobrang bagal. buti na lang walang holding period kaya naipacut ko din agad yung broadband plan namin. husband and i are both postpaid subacribers of sun pero balak na namin ipa cut after the holding period kasi mukang mas mkakatipid kami sa prepaid. madalas kasi thru fb na ng communication nmin with friends at family kaya hindi na sulit samin yung line nmin. ang laki din ng matitipid namin from 450 monthly bill we're planning to load tu150 na lang monthly.
