^i dont think the phone provider would matter if you're using facetime, coz it depends on internet/wifi connection.

^Thanks!   Oo nga naman.  internet dependent nga pala ang FT.  fixed my set up na.  FT's working fine now.   Na confuse lang ako kasi I didnt enter naman any email addresses,  just tel. numbers ng contacts,  but still was able to place FT calls.  Kaya for a while there,  akala ko network related din.

grrrr! i was so p!ssed with Sun Cellular this morning.

I called last night to to request them to temporary disconnect my other line. The CSR told me that it can be done. Bu before I requested that, I asked him that if I want the line reactivated again, is it okay if I call the hotline rather than going to the Sun Shop and the CSR said YES.

It was so clear that I just needed to call them for the reactivation. I called this morning to request the line be reactivated again and the CSR said that I need the Serial Number of the card for the line to be activated. What??? It took me more than 2o minutes of talking to her before she escalated my concern to the proper department.

She kept on telling me that I needed the Serial Number. I explained to her that I do not have the sim card. She advised me to go to the Sun Shop. I said No. I told her the discussion between me and the other CSR last night and it was clearly said to me that I just need to call. I was furious since when I requested the line to be temporarily disconnected, all they had to to was ask some verification questions and voila. But getting it reactivated is a different thing. Ugh. Ulit ulit nalang kami.

I told her that kaya nilang gawan ng paraan yan and nasa kanila lang ang way. It's either she escalates the problem or she fixes it herself. I told her that even it would take me all day to talk to her, I will not hang up until hindi niya mareactivate ang line ko.

She wanted to make a report na misinformation daw yung ginawa nung isang CSR na nakausap ko earlier since hindi sinabi na I needed pa something for the reactivation, I said No. I said all I wanted is my other line reactivated and nothing else.

I said I was holding on dun sa sinabi ng CSR na nakausap ko earlier and kaya ko pinatemporary disconnect yun kase alam ko naman na hindi hassle ang magpareactivate. Mga 3-4 times niyang sinabi na she can't do anything talaga pero patience is a virtue talaga. Sa tagal ko siyang kausap, she escalated it narin sa proper department and pagka hang up ko ng phone, I called the number and it was activated na.

Nagtataka lang ako kase they can do it naman eh, yung mga request ng mga subscriber nila pero minsan they just don't want to. Kung hindi lang mapilit and makulit ang subscriber (like me) baka papahirapan lang tayo na papuntahin sa Sun Shop eh pwede namna over the phone ang certain transaction.

^ganon talaga sis. yung first line ko sa sun, nung pinadisconnect ko, after a month may dumating na .83 daw na dapat kong bayaran tapos may sumunod pa doon. tumawag lang ako sa hotline and complained tapos sabi ko na may proof ako na i paid everything & cleared na ako. they apologized naman...

hi sisses! meron ba dito nag avail nong Sundroid rush? free Tablet & phone for plan 600. okay naman ba yun gadgets? pag nag-apply for postpaid sa sun shop, same day din ba malalaman kung approve & makukuha na yun gadget/s? do they require advance payment? tia!

^Sis,  i usually just add 02-code pag manila number.  pero madalas,  just dialling the number works.  derecho lang.

Notice ko sa facebook zero ng sun, pag wala ako load free siya.. Pero pag may load ako, bigla na lang nauubos.. Kaya gumagamit lang ako pag wala akong regular load..

Mga sis... okay ba ang 3g ng sun sa area nyo? Samin kasi (mandaluyong) edge madalas... di ko magamit pang mobileb internet....

Sun Postpaid subscriber here. In-avail namin yung Group Plan 999, 3 android phones (Alcatel Glory X) for P999/month. Ok yung phone, better sya than SGY for me. And sulit din ang load na binabayaran dahil umaabot ng 5k++ yung texts and 900++ minutes calls ko sun-to-sun. Ako pa lang yun. Hahahaha. Sadly, nanakaw yung dalawang phone. Last one standing yung nasa akin.

The service is good, a lot better than globe's, IMHO. Super daya kasi ng globe and ang daming hidden charges. Ggrrr. Pero may mga areas talaga na minsan, ang hina ng signal sa Sun.

I agree! Kaya super satisfied ako sa Sun kasi nag-ccarry over yung remaining text and calls the following month. sulit talaga

re request for disconnection madali lang ba? matagal ko ng gustong ipa disconnect ang line ko, 2 na kasi ang cp na gamit ko everyday.

Was so happy when finally I was able to find a store that will have my sun sim cut into a microsim... have been using this for the longest tine kaya yun malaki na gold something yun sim ko.... takut most of the celfon sellers icut... so now... am using my sun sim in my SNote... happy!

^ ay ganon sis? Sakin mabilis naman sya, no lags kahit lagi akong nag-games tsaka other apps like dictionary and chemistry helper. Ilang gig ba ang mmc dun sa Alcatel mo? Gamit ko kasi yung 8gb transcend mmc ko kaya siguro di mabagal.
