we downgraded our plan from group plan 899 to plan 450, pero nakakuha na kami ng isa pang plan 350 before. hinabol lang namin yung free na samsung galaxy y. dapat 2 plan 350 lang kukunin namin to get the samsung galaxy y, kaso nag-change sila ng policy for loyalty rewards. nung eligible na kami plan 450 na yung samsung galaxy y.

okay samen ng husband ko yung Sun kasi nga unlimited calls and text. problema lang ang hina ng signal ng sun dito samen at kahit sa office ng husband ko sa ortigas. pag nawala pa ang signal kelangan mo i-on-off yung phone para marefresh.

altho nung nokia N70 gamit ko, naka-3 or 4 bars pa ako ng signal pero yung galaxy mini ng husband ko halos 1 bar lang... pero magkatabi lang phones namin. mahina yata talaga signal ng samsung.

price-wise, it beats any offering from other telcos BUT their BIS is too slow. even on 3G, it's a crawl - regardless of the location.

 Blackberry user kasi ako ng globe, kaya lang kumuha ako ng loyalty plan na iphone. Kaya iniisip ko kung anong sim ang isuksuk ko dito sa bb ko. Need bb kasi talaga sa business ko. Pero kung mabagal ang sun, nevermind na lang. Smart na lang ako na prepaid. Thanks sis...

kasi sa prepaid eh *221# at malalaman ko na kung gaano karami ang pwede ko pa ipantext to other networks sa postpaid i've no idea

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with my sun pocket wifi device. Lately di na siya nagchcharge by the plug adaptor..di ko sure kung ano prob nito yung battery ba or yung maluwag na plug. I cjarge it via the laptop adaptor tuloy ang hassle..help me!

i have not been able to access zero facebook for weeks now.  kaya i brought my fone to the Sun Customer service in Greenhills yesterday.   
they refreshed my fone  (samsung galaxy y) and told me to wait for around 24 hrs.  akala ko,   lokohan lang.

pag try ko kaninang hapon,  i was pleasantly surprised na my zero facebook is now working!

in our area in binan, so far maganda ang sun signal.. ive no problem at all.. lapit lang din kasi ng cell site nila...and napansin ko lang i have 3 cell phone from 3 diff providers.. and i must say suncell lang ang di kumakain ng load.. as in yong 100 na load ko each network sa smart at globe ubos agad kahit di gamitin..sun ko tumatagal atleast 15-20 days....

^i agree.   sobrang ganda and accurate ng monitoring nila ng load.  hindi madamot and madaya.   sa sobrang galante nila sa carry overs,   i have over a thousand free texts to other networks.  i never had a problem sa load ng prepaid ko sa Sun.

Sa prepaid okey ang sun. Sa postpaid? Nakakapanginit ng ulo! Nagunlimited surf na ako, pero may WAP Download pa din na charge?

Tapos pinutulan na ko dahil nareach ko na credit limit ko eh bayad naman ako! Kahit na daw, basta nareach ko credit limit ko!

Yes sis alam ko pwede. Kasi ako nagloload pa rin and register sa ibang CTU promo nila halimbawa naubos bigla yung pantext ko to other networks or the likes.

May alam  ba kayong promo sa sun prepaid na kasama na ang mobile internet?
Dapat kasi mag-pa-plan/postpaid na ako, but the thing is, i am not sure until when ako sa Pinas, kasi i have plans of working abroad. Di pa solid yun plans, but, ang takot ko is di ko matapos yun 24/30 months lock in period

Now, i really want sana na  may mobile internet, kasi work, wala kami internet, unless maki hotspot ako or maki gamit ng broadband. Nahihiya kasi ako sa mga ka-work ko.

Gusto ko sana prepaid para controlled ko padin yun expenses

i used to use galaxy y.   ayos na ayos ang zero facebook ng sun sa akin with them.  pero the last few weeks,  for some reason,  bigla na lang hindi sha ma access.  ayaw mag load pero nag kokonek naman.  ayaw mag fill up ng bar.  ilang beses ko na nireport at tinanong sa CS.   nirefresh na nila ang fone ko phsyically sa greenhills Sun outlet,  pero ganun din.  one day lang na access then balik sa dati.  hindi na naayos.

sis,  may inenter ka bang mga data for the set up?  yung niddodownload online tapos manually mo ipapasok sa fone mo ang entries?

if you did this,  try going to the CS din.   baka may kulang sa set up mo.
