I really like their pocket wifi, super lakas signal around the metro, not sure kapag nadala na sa province.. Hehe..

Sa mga naka-line, diba may bayad pag nag-inquire ng bill/unbilled charges via text sa Sun Postpaid Services Menu? kaya I used to call lang sa hotline then enter my number to listen to my bill/unbilled charges, kaya lang ngayon wala ng ganong option?

hi, hope someone can enlighten me with understanding the bills... i am subscribed to grp plan 1299... unbilled charges would be deducted with the freebies included in my plan right? like for example, kung meron ako unbilled charges amounting to 300 pesos, and 250 lang ang free text, would it mean na 50 lang ang on top of my bill? tma ba? no one from the sun shops would explain kasi ang charges eh, when u apply parang once they approve it wala na silang pakialam if u understand the charges.

Oh and plus, so many times I have encountered very rude staff sa sun shop...  kung di lang talaga super sulit ang unli calls and texts na sun to sun i'd really wouldn't subscribe, kaso in our area, ang hina naman ng signal ng globe and smart

That's why I did not renew my plan anymore!

Bastos sila kahit mga employees nila, nagpost din ako dito dati dahil sa pagiging walang alam nila.

^ok naman siya... you can plug it directly to your pc din... pretty much the same lang sila ng usb modem... kasi depende sa signal ang bilis din...

sabi sa service center, you CAN'T use it daw as USB connection???

btw, bastos nga talaga lahat ng CSR ng SUN!

at bakit magaralgal yung line sa phone kapag nag-uusap sa customer service hotline ng sun? so far, wala pa naman akong naencounter na bastos pero wala din nangyari sa sumbong ko. hehe.

st*pid csr there's a usb cord included... so that you can directly plug it on your pc

yes. if prepaid, you need to buy the pocket wifi @ around P5k+++... you may want to buy @ computer shops they also have a wifi and same brand as what sun/globe uses, huawei  not yet locked with sun pa
