Yung 55 wala pa dun yung jeep fare from amaia to tejero. At yung traffic namararanasan mo eh magsisimula bago magbayan ng gen.trias to tejero. Hindi lang sa baclaran. At kung pauwi ka naman at nag cavitex ka, matrapik sa may area na may hospital going to tejero, yung papuntang intersection. Well lahat naman ng area now may traffic, im just saying na yung 30mins na travel time to makati is not doable. Kase we tried orasan sya, it took us 30mins from moa to tejero intersection by car.
Bukod sa 60+ na tollgate eh you still have to pay another tollgate of 24 sa coastal. Now that is comparable slex!

Just for comparison, a 55 fare is already the fare from dasmarinas bayan to lawton.

Bukod dun sa pinagmamalaking ayala mall, what else pa ba itatayo ng apmc sa nearby area? This i want to know.

I was also interested in this development but was kinda sidetracked kase parang may kulang sa planning on their part.

^hi sis..nagkita ulet tayo dito.. ilam beses na ako nagbyahe na 41 pesos singil sa akin, pero yung mga previous pa noon di ko matandaan. basta bayad lang ako ng bayad. depende rin siguro sa bus company.

Like I said, we bought a twinhomes sa Amaia Scapes Laguna. And if only we can turn back time, sana hindi na lang namin kinuha. We regret getting this, and we also meet other homeowners who share the same sentiments. Hopefully maayos na nila, mag-2 years na yung iba dun sa phase 1 til now hindi pa energized ang subdivision. And that is just one of their problems. Goodluck samin na nasa sector 2. As of this writing, hindi pa din ma-turn over ng maayos yung units namin. Simple instructions na lang hindi pa makuha, inabot pa ng 2 months. Hayyy...I am not trying to bad mouth Amaia, just stating my dissatisfaction and disappointment as a customer.

Cavite has turned over 15 units na daw po last Saturday lang (May25). Kami naman wala pang call kung kelan start processing ng loan namin through Pagibig..Na fufrustrate nako... Sa sector 1 naman kami nakakakuha at tapos na daw ang unit namin..

Hello, sino kaya pwede magbigay sa amin ng up-date for sa sector 2, as the agent handling us cant be reached. Hope someone can be able to give us up-date dun sa area? Nag spot 20% DP na kami at mahigit 1yr na kaming nagbabayad ng other charges but until now wala parin..

if you have your own transpo, super layo nya talaga, ok to if sa alabang ang workplace mo or sta rosa

kase wala pa namang nakakalipat duon, wala pang community kaya siguro wala pang amhanap na forum or boards about amaia cavite......pls do your diligent observation, punta kayo pag malakas na malakas ang ulan kase ang balita ko last time na malakas ang ulan eh nagflood outside the village
