Got our dinner cruise vouchers na. Looking at watpo medical school massage. Has anyone tried this? Maiba sana sa usual spas.

mas ok talaga na may dala ka, kahit konting baht, then magpapalit ka ng kaunti sa airport,tapos hanap ka na lang sa mga money changers around bkk...mas maganda ang rates sa labas ng mga malls kahit sa mismong malls...

mga sis for baht, if you have bdo acct, pwede kayo magpa-reserve ng thai baht sa general services area basta atleast 1 week. before, sa sa city mega ako nagpapareserve and bumibili.

from airport to our hotel in Siam, the taxi charged us 600B. Di na kami nag gratuity kasi 500B nga lang ang quote samin dun sa airport. Kasama na sa 600 yung toll fee.

           Grand Pearl dinner cruise along the Chao Phraya
Day 2 - half day Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha private tour
            lunch at the shopping area
            Siam Paragon, MBK, Pratunam and the like
            dinner at Baiyoke Sky Hotel
Day 3 - fullday Kanchanaburi tour (river kwai and cemetery)
            dinner at Thiptara
Day 4 - relax in time for our 2pm BKKMNL flt (no spa time  )

Sis, super layo na yang Varindavan. Hindi na sya walking distance. If you check the Bangkok train system (BTS), baka sa Ekkamai or Thong Lo BTS stations na yan malapit (it's not even near the train).

Ang okay na hotels eh yung mga within Siam, National Stadium, Ratchathewi, Chit Lom BTS stations.

sis, hindi kontrata, taxi airport sya. sabi nung aide sa airport, 500-600B daw ang sisingil samin. ang mahal nga kasi alam ko 400B lang ang airport to MBK. Nung pauwi kami, 400B nga lang ang charge from Pathumwan Princess to airport.

my husband is going back to BKK again. Huhu. I want to go with him again. Tsk. I miss BKK. D bale, consuelo ko na lang sana bilhan nya ako ng palm sugar for my recipes. Ehe!

^ I'm voting for the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market (yung 1 1/2 hrs away from BKK).

Floating market isn't really scenic if you're looking for that. It's just a fun experience --- the boat ride, the breezy and cool air (since medyo humid sa city), seeing how the Thais used to sell their produces/products, and the sweetest of the sweetest fruits!

Since nag Angkor [textspeak!] na kayo, tas Grand Palace pa, perhaps you can consider something new to add to your travel experience

When are you leaving for BKK sis? Baka abutan mo yung blog post ko on my Floating market experience. It's scheduled to go live this weekend

Off to BKK today for a valentine getaway. Too bad for the planned delay of PR. Sayang din the almost 2hrs missed. I just hope the flight leaves exactly on the new ETD.

@sis baliya, since nag-angkor and nag grand palace ka na...i guess,mag-floating market ka na lang...baka kasi ma-temple overload ka, kung mag-ayutthaya ka pa...
