^ Sa Edmonton, Alberta based si hubby, sis. Kaw, san sa Canada nagpunta? At ano nga uli ang line of work mo?

Kung nagi-sponsor lang sana ang company ng husband ko, andami na sana niyang nairecommend hehe. Zero applicants nga daw sa kanila. Minsan yung naha-hire nila wala talagang alam kaya kadalasan isang linggo lang terminated na.

Sa Toronto ako nagpunta last year mga ganitong time rin, namimiss ko tuloy ang summer dun! sa IT po ako pero sa Telecomms Industry. Pero mahirap kasi now magapply ng IT walang gusto magsponsor. Kahit na madami namang openings. Sigh. Try ko nga hanap ng ibang work muna.

Usually confiscated talaga lahat ng product natin sa pinas kasi may mga product sila dito na same or counterpart ng product natin parang may competition something ba. our product vs. their product nagdala din ako ng 3in1 instant coffee dito e mega ipit ko siya sa mga bagahe namin.. mahal coffee dito like yung nescafe brown sugar $7 un 1pack. Marami namang filipino store dito kaya lahat ng hanap mo sa food na pinoy meron.. swerte lang kami kasi di kami na check..

mga sis, ibig bang sanihin hindi na pwede magdaa ng de lata like sardinas dito sa canada??? wala kasi dito ng 555 tuna in hot and spicy eh yun lang favorite kong de lata. huhuhuhu!!!

bluerose: dito kasi ako sa new brunswick eh. meron dito mga century tuna pero di rin kumpleto. saka sardinas nila ligo lang at sardines from hehe

kikai - honestly I have no idea sa ibang provinces kung how much. Dito sa quebec, if you are not a canadian citizen/ permanent resident you have to pay a tuition fee ranging between $10000 - $15500. The price was set by the Quebec ministry of education, recreation and sports. I would suggest you to email the school directly. Mabilis naman sila sumagot eh and very helpful sila.

joanniekiko - nurse ka na ba sa pilipinas? or you're planning to take up nursing here?

mas madali ba talaga kumuha ng visa if more than 2 years ka na working sa bahrain or dubai? i mean kung dun ka nagwowork then dun ka din mag apply ng visa mas madali ba magrant?

@ princess Anne- yep ive been in touch with several schools already and ganyan nga range ng tuition fee.. im aiming for a post grad course na co op para kasama sa curriculum yung part time job.. i just was curious if baka mas mura tuition fee sa mga community college sa provinces.. same lang pala sa ontario..

ielts results na lang kulang ko sa application.

@Princess Anne: sis, yes Registered nurse ako dito sa pinas, same kami ni sis kakai na post grad. course din  ang plano.  Thanks for the link sis, hoping that thru this program eh makaalis kami ni sis kakai I also have friends in B.C kaya nag iisip ako kung san mas cheaper sana, quebec or sa B.C.

joanniekiko and kikai - why don't you guys apply for skilled workers visa na lang, at least guaranteed pa na magkaka work kayo. There's an extremely high demand of nurses here. Here in quebec, you just need to do a 6 month refresher course if you're a foreign trained nurse. of course dapat marunong ka mag french but for sure, kaya naman yun. But I would strongly suggest to go to Ontario. Dito kasi sa quebec, madami chechebureche mga french! mdami silang rules na kakaiba sa rules sa ontario.

one scenario - My sis in law who is a nurse sa pilipinas just passed a test sa toronto, then pwede na sha mag nurse don. Kaya may nursing license sha sa Ontario since she came here. But the thing is... we live in quebec, so she settled as a nursing assistant for several years until ma-lift yung quebec law na foreign trained nurses can't practice here until they go back to school for 3 yrs, but now pwede na mag practice ang foreign trained nurses dito provided that they'll finish a 6 month refresher course.

joanniekiko - nope I'm not a RN, I'm a dentist sa pilipinas and I'm taking courses to be a dental hygienist. My in laws are all nurses here (registered and some with bachelors degree), from my hubby's brothers and sisters to the cousins, and their inlaws too. Like all of them.. LOL.

yah sad nga talaga.. kaya student visa na ang next best option.. or kung meron makuha link sa mga employment agencies na pwede makakuha ng work..

sayang nga yung kay sis lonelymiss na me namention sya babayran mo ng 1k or 1200 ata yun na dapat taga canada na kakilala relatives or friend ng aplikante ang magrecommend..
