in my experience naman, i was surprised na 2hours lang ang byahe to oslob. 4:17am umalis yung bus, 6:10am nasa oslob na kami.

pauwi yung matagal kasi madaming bumababa at sumasakay. it took 3 hours pabalilk ng city.

well, much better kesa magpunta ng donsol just to watch the whale shark

Most of the recommended affordable hotels here are located in the town proper of cebu.
Can you recommend naman [textspeak!] sa may Mactan area? Around 1,500 to 2500 per night...

@rocky, ok sis. haha next time na sya siguro saken. 2 days lang din available ko para mamasyal sa cebu eh.

naisip ko pa lang:
magellan's cross
colon street
crown regency (skywalk)
larsians (kainan to diba?)
casa verde

yun tops, parang malayo nakita ko sa map. sayang.

it center, pinag iisipan ko pa. i'm sure swak na 2 days ko nito. sobra pa nga yata. hahaha

magkano kaya dapat ko budget para sa naisip kong mga puntahan?

Been there in Cebu last jan 27-29. We stayed at Hotel Stella. Ok na sya for me. Maganda at malinis yung place. S kuya macky yung kinuha ko for the tour. Sobrang sulit! Mabait sya and ok kausap. Dami namin napuntahan kasama na yung tops.

try mo ang Islands Stay Hotel sis.. dyan kami nag-stay from Feb 14 to 17 last week lang.. it's very near the airport ..they have rooms from P850 to P1650 per night..

mga sis. punta kami this weekend sa cebu. plan namin mag day tour sa shangrila mactan. ask ko lang kung magkano na ang rate nila ngayon per person, sa nabasa ko kasi 2500 per head.

and also, nabasa ko din na pag fully booked ang hotel di sila nag eentertain ng day tour. tingin nyo ba this weekend fully booked sila? saturday ang punta namin sana

^ask then nalang directly sis to be sure.... I love Shangrila Mactan too, one of the reasons I love Cebu. Looks like a lot has changed since 2005. I did not stay there last January because I want myself situated to the action for the Sinulog revelries. Re: Larsian I did not get to eat there because my Cebuano friends advised me against it for sanitary reasons (or lack of it)....

anong pinaka ok at near lang na beach - is it Tambuli? Camotes, etc? I prefer beach near to Mactan (except Shangrila, Plantation etc) na madaling puntahan at gumala (preggy)? Anong mode of transportation and how to get there and how much?

^sis, tambuli is a resort in mactan. camotes island medyo malayo almost 3 hours byahe $:-\$
