US TV: New Girl

From another thread, sabi, itatapat daw ito sa Happy Endings... Err. I think walang laban ang New Girl sa happy endings.

I'm getting frustrated na with Zooey Deschanel'4 character. Di ko kasi type, in general, ang mga tao who dont act their age sa totoong buhay and she's around 30 na sa show, parang HS pa din mag-isip.

They are renewed na for season 2 ah. Pero baka di ko na sundan, si Schmidt and Cece lang gusto ko.

To be fair to New Girl though, it did evolve in the last 10 episodes at least, which I hope is an indication that the show knows where it's going. And Jess dialed down her pagka-timang. She's become this super positive, good vibes person.  She's still crazy, but now you know why she's weird.

Kulang pa yung series, pero all is not lost kum baga. There is hope. Sana nga tumino yung direction niya.

I think their last 3-4 episodes were really good. The sad thing lang was that those funny scenes did not involve Jess' character, but Schmidt (such as that one with the Russian girl, and his scene with his thing being broken.)

Actually, parang si schmidt na nga ang bida, IMO. Parang side story nalang si jess.

Sana mag-transition yung character ni Jess to a more adorable type, like Phoebe's character in friends.

Di naman kelangang sobrang maging matino sya e.

So ang New Girl talaga si Schmidt na. Hehhe. Sometimes, parang babae rin to si Schmidt, daming arte sa buhay. I love the parts pag may flashback, yung mataba pa siya.

Jess didn't have flashbacks yet, right? Just the guys?

^meron siya yung bata siya and strangers are kind to her while kay Nick they're mean. Medyo walang kwenta pero yun lang yung naalala kong flashback ni Jess

^ nakasunod lang ako sa etc. ang last ko napanood yung sa desert freakout ni nick with whitefang moment ni schmidt. okay naman sakin, benta pa, hindi naman all throughout the show, pero laging may something ako na pinagtatawanan
