hi sis, i don't work at BSP but I have friends who work there.  So far, they love working at BSP, may education allowance yata kaya they were able to study MBA at DLSU and [textspeak!] hours, till 4:30pm lang yata kasi they are all in makati na by 5pm.  I think OT is seasonal not sure if its true for other departments.

medyo matagal nga yata mag-apply.  For one of my friends, parang ilang months din inabot [textspeak!] process.  submit ka lang ng resume mo.

sis, havent heard from them. pero my tita said talagang matagal sa BSP. now may work na koo.. if they call me, bahala na kung ano.

my brother in law works there now 1 year din mahigit ata bago sya nag start with backer pa yun ha. mukhang palakasan din kasi dun. sa security department ata sya afaik puro monitor ang kaharap nya everyday/everynight since shifting, ECE kasi sya kaya wala na sya problema sa civil service lahat naman ata ng government agencies eh need ng civil service pero if board passer ka parang equivalent na din ata yun or something. Ang pagkakaalam ko din 2 years ata syang probi muna bago sya maging regular. Siguro nakaka 1 yr + na din sya dun now.

my mom works there since the late 70's up to now. she will be retiring in 2013. it's hard to get in if you don't know anyone from the inside. need mo ng backer coz sometimes, even those who graduated with honors di daw agad nakakapasok. mas nauuna pa [textspeak!] may mga backer na maipasok. according to my mom, those who works at BSP when they apply for US visa, they can easily get approve.

i also want to work here. if hindi dito sa landbank. basta sa dalawa lang yun.
im still getting experience from an audit firm, maybe after two years i can pursue this gov't agency.
CPA and newly passed. and my mga backer ako pero sana after two years andun pa sila. kasi gusto ko munang matuto dito sa pinagtatrabahuhan ko.hehe

I had my OJT here. Despite it being a public agency, the working environment feels corporate. Compensation is very good/fulfilling (based on what I gathered from my supervisors) for a government agency.

hi. question for those who are fortunate enough to be working in BSP, mga ilang months bago ma-regular dito? also, when you're a probie ba pwede makatanggap ng bonus just as what the other regular/permanent employees get?
