mga sis ask ko lang I have an electric mixer pero napansin ko kahit number 1 sobra siyang lakas  I use it for leche flan ayun nagiging foam na lang yung leche flan ko

hi sis, kung hindi ako nagkakamali hindi na ginagamitan ng mixer ang leche flan, you can use baloon whisk lang para ipang mix.  Ganda sis ng mixer mo parang Kitchen Aid yan ang gusto kong bilihin, i only have hand mixer na super reliable

I used electric hand mixer dati sa leche flan na hiniram ko sa friend ng mom ko it came out really good.  Pero when I used this mixer naku po naging bubbles na lang yung leche flan.  I hope hindi masira ang mga goodies ko.     Mura lang yan alam ko gift lang yan sa akin ng friend ng mom ko.

aside from kitchenaid, what else is a good mixer brand? may nakita kasi ako na mga imarflex and caribbean brands na mura lang -was wondering if may nakagamit na ng mga ito and kung nag-last naman siya. (sorry, new to baking akesh.)

^ sis if for personal use I don't think you need to buy Kitchenaid sobrang mahal I saw it at SM 25k

around 1-1.5k yung imarflex na mixer eh. stand mixer na yan. small nga lang pero pwede na rin for starters.

i went to SM Appliance Center earlier and saw a few electric mixers for sale.

here are a few brands and their prices:
Kyowa Hand Mixer - P500+
3D Hand Mixer - P800
3D Stand Mixer with Glass Bowl (not rotating) - P1400
Imarflex Stand Mixer with Stainless Steel Bowl - P1900
Philips Stand Mixer with Stainless Steel Bowl - P4990

for electric mixers, mga sis. pls take note to ask whether the beaters/hooks/whisks are stainless steel or just chrome plated. the cheaper ones such as 3D alam ko chrome plated.

i would strongly suggest philips or braun. durable talaga. and although the prices are double, the warranty is also double. the philips mixers have 2 years warranty.

i'm currently using an imarflex stand mixer, bought it for around 1500. ok naman sya. the most i do naman is 2 9inch cakes. kaya naman nya. matibay din naman imarflex. but if you have the money, ok ang moulinex or tefal. they have stand mixers din for around 3.5-4k price range. stainless steel na yung beaters and dough hooks. i think i'll buy it next year pero ok pa naman tong imarflex ko.

sis! san nakakabili ng philips or braun mixer? stainless ba yung bowl nila? and ilan yung speed nya? thank you!

mine mga sis is hanabishi,ok naman sha yun nga pansin ko #1 pa lang malakas na sha umikot.i don't use it kapag gumagawa ako ng leche flan kasi talagang bubula masyado.
