It depends. May LOB na no work pag US holiday. Also in some LOBs pag officer, no work talaga pag US Holiday. And no premium pay if you work on a US Holiday

mahigpit pa rin ba ang interview sa mga CSR sa JP?  Dati gusto nila mga etelecare e kasi american accent.  A few years ago mga kakilala kong sablay parang nakapasok na dun

really sis? i'm from etel before they merged with stream global. few weeks ago i was being referred to JPMC, kaso i don't like kasi may offer narin sakin from a different company na back office account. pero nice to hear ha, if they have preference sa etel employees. medyo rigorous nga language training namin back then.

Hi Sis, I have a friend who used to be in Telephone Banking (collections na siya ngayon), sabi niya madali naman naman. 

You get 15 VLs and 9 SLs. Hindi ko na lang maalala kelan start ng availment.
By the 3rd year, you get 2 additional VLs.

Nag work ako dito for 4 1/2 years, habang tumatagal patindi ng patindi ang stress dito..sayang maganda pa naman ang mga benefits nila kaso di na kaya ng powers ko ang stress  kaya nag resigned na ko..

Sis, I'm working here. Philam Life is the old building in Makati but until now it's still JP Morgan but I think limited LOB's lang. New buildings are here  in The fort BGC. Net Plaza and Net Quad. Dito sila mostly nag hihire.
