I work in home lending, but we have non voice jobs (usually analyst position), we have day jobs, but of course that would have a lower offer than the graveyard and voice accounts.

In my experience, application is more than a one-day process and could actually take from a week to months. Just visit our career Hub at Net plaza in Taguig which opens from 8am (not sure til what time though)

I was given a call for initial interview as Customer Service for RFS.... I'm having 2nd thoughts because hindi siya dayshift...but I would really want to be part of JP Morgan since I've been hearing lots of good feedback with this company...

Can anyone of you help me in deciding? Like toxic ba sa RFS? Grabe ba irate mga callers dun?

Which part of RFS?  I mean, consumer banking, mortgage, credit cards etc? If you're asking about irate callers kase sis, being that it's a financial institution and people are calling about their money, oo, mejo madame sila ma-irk. US customers are like that in general.

One perk of working in this company is that you can apply for a different post or to a different department after a specific number of months.

^walang sinabi basta for RFS daw....possible naman daw to apply for other posts after a year of tenureship... mas preferred ko talaga non voice/back office eh unfortunately CSR lang daw ang open nila ngayon.
