may certain foods lang na pwede i half. most of the picapica type. lumpiang shanghai, fish lumpia, lumpiang veggies, siomai, pero may viands din na pwede,

^sis kaice. thanks! nag-order nga ako nung 8th bday ni chai. half order lang nung beef caldereta pero ang tagal naming kinain. hehhehe yung lasagna, di rin naubos. mahal sila pag catering eh.

Ano yun mga food nila na di agad panisin? Dadalhin namin sa cemetery sana, e mainit don, takot ko mapanis agad. Huwag naman sana lahat dry/fried food ha example lumpiang shanghai, fried chicken, chicken lollipop, etc

we ordered the following from them nung birthday ko two weeks ago.

bbq spareribs - this is very tasty. sweet style na bbq. masarap siya sa panlasa namin.
beef lengua in salsa blanca - lagi namin order from them
fruit salad - may peaches and lychees. masarap naman for me

Lumpiang shanghai- pwede na, garlicky taste, 7/10
Chicken pastel- madami yun stuffing sa loob, a bit dry though, 8/10
Cheese pork cutlet- naumay sko ng konti, andamj ng cheese compared sa pork, 6/10


Next time i will try beef caldereta, roast beef, and other highly recommended dishes

just ordered merienda espesyal today para sa birthday treat ko dito sa office. masarap lahat pero pinakamabenta yung potato salad. kahit yung hindi mahilig sa potato salad napakain! sumobra pa kahit 20 heads kaming kumain.

Update: Nyak! Di yummy yung beef steak nila. Mejo weird lasa sakin. Cant explain. Edible naman sya But its not what im used to.

However the chicken pastel, lumpiang shanghai, roast beef and fish fillet were all okay. Yung mashed potato nga lang eh matamis. Kala tuloy ng mga kapatid ko pastillas.  Buti nalang naka separate sya sa roast beef.

May freebie din kaming puto. White and pink. Hehe

Caldereta - ok

Embotido - di ok. Matamis na ewan

Young corn, etc - di rin ok. Matamis. First time ko makakain na matamis na gulay. Konti nalang cake na sya.

Sayang lang yung 2 ulam kasi tinapon ko. Walang gustong kumain.

^ yung mini sandwiches ba sis na 100 pcs? plan ko din mag order nyan for my nephew's 1st birthday this may 10th.. post ako ng reviews (from my family hehe) after the event..

naka-line up na yung orders ko pero since wala silang working email address and overseas ako ayun tawag ako ng tawag 

sana maging okay naman lahat

hello mga sis heto ang order namin nung may 10th for my nephew's 1st birthday, since nasa abroad ako, based sa feedback ng family and mga pamangkin ko na aged 6-12 yrs old ay ok naman daw lahat.. esp ang chicken pastel, beef caldereta and chicken relleno..

sis chiclifestyle07 - yung mini sandwiches cut lang ng X so 4 mini pcs ang pair ng tasty bread.. pasado naman sa panlasa ng oldies and kiddies.. hehe..

bagong luto naman daw lahat ng na-deliver.. 12:30 lunch time ang start yun nga lang 12:15 sila dumating haha.. saktong sakto buti na setup na lahat lalagay na lang sa table ang food..

^ kamusta naman yung sandwiches mini na 100 pcs? and yung Ham-Bacon cheese roll? im planning to order finger foods sa wedding ko. ok ba?

First time namin ma-try ang CCME last Saturday sa 9th bday ng daughter ko. I ordered caldereta, morcon, lemon chicken and chicken pastel.

Lemon Chicken - hindi ko natikman dahil ito yung unang naubos.

Morcon - hindi masarap. Matigas yung beef and the morcon sauce grabe hindi ko maintindihan yung lasa. Matamis na ewan.. parang sauce ng lumpiang sariwa.. yung mga guests namin napansin ko mas type nila kainin ang morcon ng walang sauce. Mabuti na lang hindi ko naihalo yung sauce niya.

Chicken pastel - ito yung maraming natira.. pero I like this, sakto lang..

Caldereta - favorite ko na ulam ang caldereta kaya siguro disappointed ako sa caldereta ng CCME and accdg sa kanila this is their house specialty. Kulang sa lasa. What I like lang is generous sila sa rekado.

Sabi ng mga tita and tito ko, who knows na umorder lang ako ng ibang food from CCME,mas masarap pa daw luto ng nanay at tatay ko. Obviously totoo nga kasi yung niluto ng Mom ko na Menudo at Embutido, hanggang sa kahuli-hulihan eh tinake out nila. At yung niluto ng tatay ko na mechado, wala na silang mai-take out kasi ubos na. LOL

donya_dyosa sis etong finger foods nung event sa house namin okay naman.. halatang kaka prepare lang and mainit pa din lahat ng other dishes kasi medyo malapit lang CCME sa amin.. guests, parents ko and kids na nag try ok feedback nila  and kumain na agad mg tao kasi on the dot sila dumating..
