I have crocs, but then it might be slippery, right? Though I've used it for wall climbing, I'm not sure if it's okay for trekking. But if ever, what brands sell trekking shoes/ sandals aside from Tribu and Sandugo?

i used my japeyks na crocs in pinatubo, sagada cave connection, and bomod-ok falls. very reliable.

Chingky, don't buy na. Pwede na yan. Wala naman madulas dun eh. Dala ka lang ng sunblock if you don't like your feet to have "croclines"

Okay! Mabato ba? Super uncomfy when stones go in the shoes kasi. Hahahaha!

Yes, mabato at mabuhangin. Kaya crocs ang the best if you dont have trek sandals para pwedeng tanggalin pag nasa tubig ka na. Yun lang talaga. And long sleeves na pwede pamatong para hinde mangitim.

sis thanks for the reply! there will be 6 of us na pupunta on April 7, Holy Saturday but we will be joining group tour. It will be our 1st time in Mt. Pinatubo sana maganda ang panahon. Thanks!

my friends and i are planning a DIY trip sa mt. pinatubo.. saan pwede magwash-up pagkagaling sa trek?

sis ako ko lang kasi nag avail kami ng private tour for pinatubo and sabi nila long trail lang daw available as of now?? ok lang ba un kasi 2.5km per way daw yun.. need some suggestions mga sis. Thanks

kaya ninyo yun. mas madaming photo-op sessions. Just remember to stay hydrated and use sunblock. wear shoes that you will be ok kung mabasa, kasi may mga "river" crossing yan. backread ka sis, madaming tips dito.

It was a great experience nung pumunta kami lalo na ng mga kasama ko kasi first time nila magtrekking. nastuck pa sa ilog yung dalawang 4x4 truck namin tapos yung ibang truck huminto at tulong tulong sa paghila...hehe

any update on mt pinatubo's lake color? it's been quite rainy here in manila, i'm wondering if the weather changed the lake since we've booked a trip for the last week of may pa. :s
