Dukan Diet

hello mga sis.. lagi ako nsa Diet & Nutrition thread but kagabi ko lang nabasa yung bout dito sa Dukan diet.. interesado ako dito.. i did the calculation and it says that 3 days attack 67 days cruise and 96 days consolidation.. weight ko currently is 64 kilos, i want to be 50 kilos but dukan calculator said 54 is my true weight.. im planning to start na on monday..
ok lang ba gawin to kahit 2 hours -  5x a week ako sa gym? TIA  GBU all

Goodluck sis, okay lang na mag exercise ka ng 2 hours nakalagay naman don na at least 30 mins per day...

Where do you buy your oat brans? I had been to two supermarkets but unfortunately, I wast able to find any oat bran Ang meron lang, oatmeal. Could i use this as a substitute to oat bran? And what is fromage frais? Where can i get this? Thanks a lot!

Oat bran is available in Healthy Options. I have not been able to find fromage frais but according to the book you can use quark instead which is available from Rizal Dairy Farms. They have stalls in Salcedo Market and Market Market

Fromage frais is just like plain yogurt... Dati kung san san pa ko naghahanap nito, katulad lang din pala ng yogurt hehe

I went to the supermarket yesterday and guess what? May oat bran and everything! So wala ng atrasan to. Sana makatagal ako and hopefully this diet works.

after bakasyon nagstart ulit ako nito, yesterday ulit first day ko...as usual first day is always the hardest day, parang gusto ko lafangin lahat ng nasa paligid ko hahaha.... pero discipline talaga kailangan, sinabayan ko ng panonood ng extreme makeover weightloss edition kaya mejo nahiya ako sa sarili ko na kumain hehe.

Very good diet! I buy my oat bran from SM supermarkets (Australian something brand) and sometimes at Healthy Options, meron din organic kind but more expensive siya.

hi according to the calculator i will be 3 days attack phase , 80 days cruise. for that 3 days pwede bang boiled eggs lang ang kainin ko?? otherwise,pwede nio ba kong bigyan ng recipe na madali gawin and madali hanapin? ano lang pala ang allowed na cooking method?

Hi sisses, 1st day ko sa diet na to. Pwede ba ang yakult sa attack phase? How about pork? Saan ba nakakabili ng fat free na cheese or dapat cottage cheese lang? Ang hirap maghanap eh hehe. TIA mga sisses!
