^ Not yet.  I wrote a letter to the Registrar requesting for a morning class, as advised by a friend.

kami, patapos na. exam week na sa wed hanggang next week. ang usual lang naman na nagiging problem ng kids eh pagkopya ng homework (practice them writing sa grade1 pad - yung may blue red blue line), kung hindi kc natapos ng sons natin ang HW the teacher will not continue it, you have to ask another parent kung ano ang kulang.. the tests din can be stressful, sunod sunod cya so dapat maganda ang study habits. tapos filipino.. sanayin na natin ang ating mga anak na magsalita ng tagalog.. hahahaha

Hi! My son is currently a prep student in Ateneo. Before his entrance test last year, we would just religiously study his current kinder lessons, which are mostly just the basic colors, shapes, beginners math etc. Take note he doesn't even know how to read that time, just the CVC's. There are more or less 30 kids during the exam. But one thing for sure, the boys need to follow instructions. EQ plays a major role talaga. hi mommies! my son's in the morning session. i think star-studded ang batch nila ngayon. correct me if i'm wrong but i think i saw claudine barretto's and kris aquino's sons enrolled for grade one this school year.

Hello Sis Marose17, if it's ok, would like to know how old is your son, and he is grade 1 is that correct? Thank you.

My son will turn 5  this November and he is in Junior Kinder at The Learning Tree. wondering if i could already enroll him in grade school in Ateneo next year. Thank you in advance

^ My sons (they're twins) are turning 6 later this month.

As I recall, the cut-off date for grade 1 is turning 6 by October.  If your son is turning 5 this November, he may have to wait another year.  Please inquire with the Registrar's office by late July or first week of August when they start accepting applications for grade 1 next school year.

^ Sis, check with the Registrar's Office.

The grade 2 students now (Prep from last SY) were subject to a different cut-off date, which is December 15.  I think last year they changed the cut-off date to October because of K-12.

Hi, can you please help me or give me advice coz I'm planning to enroll my son to ateneo for the next school year (2014-2015), he is turning 5 this sept. what are the admission requirements and can you give me tips on what to do for the entrance exam, coz I'm really nervous about it. And anyone knows when is the start of the application period? Thank you very much

I am also waiting for them to post the requirements and schedule of submission for the 2014 Grade 1 applicants. Though I called the admission's office last month to get some information. I also want to prepare my son for the entrance exam. Ako ata ang kabado eh.

Application for grade 1 students for SY 2014-2015 begins on July 15. 

To all mommies, what is important is that your sons follow instructions.  There's an oral and written part of the exam.  Good behavior during the exam is critical.
