^^usually 12pcs sis. yung  pineapple cake na binili ng husband ko sa airport nya lang binili pero masarap naman. i tried assorted flavor ng mochi, sarap! while yung green tea flavor medyo di ko nagustuhan yung lasa nung unang tikim ko.

i bought a ticket for me and my mom going to taiwan on february 2014, ang concern ko lang kasi, two of the requirements getting visa are employment letter and invitation letter. yung employment letter, wala na ako work nuon (by the way, I won't be getting any visa, just for my mom, since, I'm still holding a valid AU visa), resigned na ako by then, and rest first before applying for new job. Tapos, invitation letter naman po, purely tour lang kame ng mom ko and we don't know anyone from Taiwan to invite us. Hindi po kaya magkaron ng problema mom ko to get her Visa? Bank statements lang kaya (and of course other documents like passport, etc), ok na? May additional documents ba I need to prepare for my mom since she's already 71 years old, like insurance, mga ganyan?

Hope anyone can address my concerns. Salamat na madami in advance sa mga magrereply

Strict ba sila sa visa? Like sa itr and bank statement, may required amount ba? I have to apply kasi next week.

Do they also require yung letter na approved ako to take a leave from work or okay na COE lang?

Sana ma-approve ako, biglaan yung trip e!

I just followed what was in their website and they granted me a visa No amount required but it's better if you have enough to cover the trip. COE is fine but I asked them to put my salary and duration of leave.

^ ok, thanks i called the embassy kasi, daming dagdag na kailangan daw aside from those in the website. Haaay. Sa rcbc building yung office nila?

^For the amount in the bank certificate, siguro 40K is a good number. 2 of my officemates got denied because maliit lang amount nung nasa bank certificate nila. Yung isa 15K, yung isa 30K. Take note malaki ang sahod nung 2 yun. Sinabi raw actually sa kanila nung nagapply sila na malaki ang chance na madeny sila kasi maliit yung laman nung bank certificate nila.

And yep nasa RCBC ang building nila.

1 month lang ba validity ng visa, meaning i have to leave the philippines within one month after they issue it to me? If i apply tomorrow kunwari, yung one month count starts sa release date? Pero hindi necessary na makabalik ako sa philippines bago mag expire yung 30 days nung visa?

I'm worried kasi jan 16 to Jan 19 kami. If I apply tomorrow, baka lumampas yung date of stay ko sa validity date nung visa.. Or once na makarating ako dun, yung 14 days na yung bibilangin nila, na dapat makalabas ako ng taiwan after 14 days? Hindi na yung 30 days.

^ single entry? hay bahala na nga sa tuesday sana walang problem sa dates ng validity and sa process din. nervous!!

na-print ko na nga yung application, pero di ko nalagyan ng NONE sa chinese name. I think kailangan ko mag-fill out ulit para idagdag. tama ba? or bawal na twice mag-fill out?

mas na-stress ako dito kesa sa Korean visa ko ah.

^yes. pwede naman magfill out ulit pero invalid na yung una mong app form. punta ka ng maaga kasi super haba ng pila lalo na pag may kasabay ka na travel agency  at oo mas nakakastress to kesa Korean visa. May bayad pa haha

Iniisip ko kasi of I apply tom (Dec 17), they will release it Dec 20. So dapat magkaalis ako ng Manila by Jan 20? Eh alis namin 16, so tama lang diba? Hindi naman necessary na makabalik ako ulit sa Manila by Jan 20? Though pasok pa rin kasi 19 eh uuwi na kami. Haay dito ko napaparanoid :-/

^ 3 month naman valid yung visa so if you apply this week, hanggang March valid yung visa.

i will be applying this week too for my February  travel . nakapagawa na ako ng mga certificate so it is a good thing that I can apply already.
