^ If memory serves me right, bus and MRT are not available between 12mn to 6am. Taxi lang talaga choice mo sa time na yan. May extra fee pa taxi if you ride after 12mn.

mga sis hindi ba 24 hrs ang bus or mrt doon? kasi ang dating namin sa airport is 12am na mapapamahal kami kung mag taxi. Sabi kasi ng mom ko mag taxi kami papunta at pabalik kaso mukhang mahal dahil malayo kami sa airport. Thanks!

^ Sa airport merong money changer (Bank of Taiwan). Same rate lang din ng sa banks sa city. Wala kasi silang money changer dun, puro sa banks lang pwede magpapalit. Take note, weekdays dapat ha. Sa hotels pwede rin pero mas lugi ka siyempre.

sis baka may alam kayong bilihan ng rtw na bridal gown sa taiwan baka mas mura doon kesa dito sa pinas.  baka lang naman may alam kayo. hehe. Thanks mga sis

^ Not sure about that.. The reason na medyo cheaper ang marriage doon is because the wife-to-be rents the gown there. But as far as I know, maraming "wedding stores" sa Taipei.

^ Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station. There are 2 (or 3?) Sogo Malls in the area. Different exits to reach the malls.

^^ Sogo Mall should be in the Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT Station. Just ask the police there which exit will lead to that mall. As for the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, the exit is in Taipei City Hall MRT Station. To make it easy for you, type "Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei". Letter "D" should lead you the way there. What's with the specific address? Haha. There's also one just outside the Taipei Main Station MRT.

I lived there for a year so every night, lakad lakad lang kung saan saan. Maliit lang naman kasi ang Taipei.

ok lang naman, maliit nga lang yung place... price is ok lang din naman so walang mawawala kung ita-try...

yan ang maganda sa taiwan, mura ang food...

Looking forward to try the themed restos in Taipei other than Modern Toilet. Di masarap food sa hk branch na natry ko ewan ko lang sa Taipei.

Any recommended themed restos? I heard may doll, barbie, at airplane themed.

Hello! I'm going to Taipei for 4 days. How much pocket money kaya should I prepare to cover transpo (MRT/bus, no cabs as much as possible), food trip, sightseeing (should there be any entrance fees, etc), and a little bit of pasalubong shopping?

Yes po. Basta near lang siya sa isa sa mga MRT Stations (forgot na kung ano).

^^ $1,000NT/day is the safest. Depends nalang sa pasalubong mo kung magkano. About $600NT/day for the basic needs assuming heavy lunch/dinner na.
