^aw sis yakap.. I'm sure next your next cycle will be so much better kasi less stressed ka na. I vow to myself na I'll do better every new cycle after AF - chart more religiously, research more, exercise regularly, eat healthy (I semi follow a diet guide per phase). Nakatulong sya sakin to be excited for the next cycle, kahit na syempre heartbreak ang cd1. Baka makatulong rin sayo.

Hugs sis dolphine. Di bale. Makaka relax ka na sa next cycle. Pahinga muna from work. Mga sis try nyo mag yoga araw araw. Tingin ko nakatulong din sakin yan sa ttc ko. Enjoy pa at nakaka relieve ng stress.

Mga sis naisip ko lang baka gusto nyo gawa tayo ng ttc group sa fb. Sa preggy threads kasi gumawa kami ng fb group per quarter ng delivery due date. Nakakatuwa lang makita natin ang isat isa bilang feeling sisters naman tayo dito hehe. Let me know kung gusto nyo ha.

Big hugs to sisses dolphine & k_fine! I feel you mga sisses and know how heartbreaking CD1 can be.
Suggestion ko lang mga kapwa ko TTCers, sa akin kasi malaking tulong talaga ang pag BBT...in a way yung paasa feeling at heartbreak ng failed cycle ay nababawasan dahil may idea na ko 2-3days prior to AF na negative based sa temp na bumababa. Hindi na ko natetempt mag PT at mabigo, move on na lang at always look positively sa next cycle. I hope though na hindi kayo maging expert sa pagtetemp at makamit na soon ang pinakamimithi nating BFP!

10dpo on cd20. Any cycle buddies? sore boobies at pain sa left tummy parang mittleschmerz. Normal sakin yung mitt before AF sore boobs not so much. Nag miss Kami ng BD 3 straight days before AF Kaya nga dapat Di ako umasa. Pero kasi... Malay mo.. Lol

Now at 15dpo. Final judging na sana bukas.. Hirap din mag antay..

TWW ends last September 24 Now on CD5 and 3rd day ko na sa Ova-Mit. I always pray to Lord God na sana ito na ang cycle na makakapag pabago sa buhay namin ng hubby ko (naks! drama)

Malapit na matapos TWW ko, although ko alam kung kelan talaga ako nag-ovulate. I was adviced by my OB to test on the 15th or 16th. Hay! Kinakabahan na ko, nararamdaman ko mga symptoms prior AF pero alam ko rin naman na same lang yun with pregnancy. Nakakakaba mag-PT.
