^you should track ovulation, sis, to know the perfect time to BD. Usually, mid cycle ang ov, so baka may chance ka pa. Good luck!

Yes I agree the perfect rime to BD is 12 hours prior to ovulation. Ovulation ranges individually. Best to track your ovulation para di masayang ang cycle.

Hindi kasi lahat CD14 amg ovulation day. 🤗🤗

hi sis luna laxa, ano na update sayo sis?
Ako naman CD30 ko na ngayon and 14DPO. So far di pa dumating si AF pero wala din naman akong na feel na symptoms. Ng try din akong mg hpt this morning pero negative siya.
I'm hoping pa din na sana may nabubuo nang baby kaya di pa dumating si AF.

Thanks mga sis sa suporta. I don't want to keep my hopes up pa rin. Sabi nung friend ko "i-claim" ko na raw. Eh beh hindi pwede sakin yon kasi mag-flip talaga ko pag wala pala.

I would like nga sana sis worriedb2b na mas detailed charting next cycle. Di pa kasi bbt therm kasi gamit ko ngayon, tapos yung CP ngayon ko palang rin talaga natututunan. Grabe yung CP tagal ko niresearch pero feeling ko gets ko na. Sana 😂
