Only folic acid. Work naman nya medjo stressful para not that much na. We only started trying to have a baby this last 3 months. The first month mali mali ang bilang so wala. Yung 2nd was last month more than 2 weeks delayed then on the 17th dumating. (bloated sya and antukin that time and sobrang takaw) this month naman today 2 weeks delayed sya pero ayaw na namin isipin muna. We did a hpt 2 days ago negative. We'll give it 2 more weeks then have a blood test na. Btw the last two attempts namin a friend of mine shared a special technique in getting pregnant...and he swears by it sobra. Lahat ng tinuruan nya daw several kids. Pag positive si wifey ill share it with you guys. Fingers crossed.

Eto yung technique your hubby ang mag trabaho. According to my friend lahat na tinuruan daw nya sunod sunod ang buntis after trying for so many years.  So here goes.....the technique is based on physics according to my friend. Walang malisya ha since we're talking about trying to conceive here. Dapat daw pag lalabas na ang sperm ng guy wag daw isagad ang penis nya, he should slide it halfway out when he releases the sperm. The analogy my friend gave me is a hose and an empty glass. If you stick the hose all the way to the bottom of the glass and turn on the faucet what happens? tumatalsik pataas ang water kasi blocked sya by the bottom of the glass. Pero if inangat mo ang hose ng konte the water falls to the bottom of the glass wala nasasayang. He swears by this method daw and i know he doesnt b******t. Yung last 2 tries namin we used this method. Hope this helps

hindi pa rin ako nainom folic acid now..still no af...and hindi na ako nag pt uli after bfn..just waiting to have my blood test done...dahil nga sis no af pa rin ako may actions and activities are limited what if nga kasi if preggy na us db sis...

sana nga one of those tayo na negative s pt but positive pala noh! kapag nababasa ko s mga threads dito same story ng sa atin narere-inforce ang  feeling ko lalo na still my hopes na positive until no af..

^oo nga sis honeys, limited na mga activities natin hangga't di sure...masakit pa rin boobsie at cramps..tapos ang moody ko sobra..nagbuy ako ng PT for standby lang..hehe babalik na ng Pinas si hubby sa tues..sana tong mga signs na meron ako eh un na..

antay na lang talaga tayo..update update..same lang tayo halos ng count di ba?

last month (May) di dumating si af, then today, suddenly biglang meron...

june 15 pa blood test na talaga ako, nag inquire na kasi ako kanina.

sana same case tayo dun sa iba natin na sis dito na BFN s pt pero ending preggy talaga almost 7 pt's pa un ha negative talaga.

Sis Honeys, how was it? nagpaBloodtest ka na ba? anong result?
Ako negative pa rin..tapos nagbleed ako for 2days nung June11-12, saktong uwi ni hubby paPinas..
di ko alam kung implantation bleeding ba or what..di pa rin ako nagtetest ulit...update mo kami sis..

It was cd33 when i got my faint positive. I didn't know what to make of it.
I have endometriosis and adenomyosis.
Since i took the test very early in the morning, the first thing i did was to text
my OB and he prescribed me duphaston immediately.
I didn't have much signs and symptoms, not even of having my period. 
My breasts only felt sore at cd32. The only thing i felt was that i
became very gassy, as in fart dito, fart doon, lol!!!
Oh! I also felt tired and always wanting to take a nap in the afternoons.
 Its just making sense now. I also had a craving for kiamoy.

Praying for a safe and healthy pregnancy and baby!!

Congratsss sis le_zar on your pregnancy..Stay safe and godbless..Ganyan din ako nung early pregnancy symptoms ko. Super gassy at bloated. Madalas ako sikmurain. Now im on 13weeks hindi ko man lang naranasan mag suka o mahilo. But base on my ultrasoun at 9weeks ang bilis ng development ni baby at 178bpm..Take care sis wag muna masyado magkikilos...

Hi mga sis!

Natapos ko na lahat basahin tong pages na ito. Since my 3dpo sumasakit na puson ko. last week nagkasakit pa ako ng sipon at ubo. kaya hindi ko alam dahil ba sa pag ubo ko un kaya ako nagca cramps. like kasi ng AF. or uti. pero di naman masakit pag pee. normal lang lahat. ngayong week na to sobrang sakit ng boobs ko, puson at backache. chaka yung feeling na mainit. pag humawak nga ako kay hubby at sa anak ko, naiinis kasi ang init ko daw sumasabay pa ako sa panahon.  I am due sa June30 (sun). I don't know kung mag pt na ako this sunday or sa mondy. kasi nag opk ako nung cd16 and cd17 2 solid lines. sarap tignan. bigla akong napa pray, Lord sana sa pt ko ganito din.

I'm still hoping na eto na si baby.

All the while I thought I just have dysmenorrhea.. masakit puson ko at sakit ng boobs ko. Pero dapat day 2 plang ng dysmenorrhea ko lalabas na si blood. Day 3 na wala pa. I bought pt sa gnerika without thinking na bfp ako. Hindi ko din alam last mens ko so I don't know kung delayed ba ako. Hanggang sa yon nag 2 lines na. Other signs is mainit ka sa umaga madalas sabihin ni hubby if may lagnat ba ako.

ako, ang signs lang (super early signs) ay yun naging emotional ako (palaiyak eh hindi ako ganun) saka palaging nawiwiwi...

and di pa ako delayed nito ha... may 1 week pa bago dumating period ko. So I was only 3 weeks pregnant nung naramdaman ko itong mga to

Hi mga sisters.... pahelp naman...
Nag mens ako first week ng july.. it last for 5days...nung monday lang ata,lagi ako naiihi,parang every 5mins, nawiwiwi na ako. Kaninang umaga, nagwiwi ako then nagwipe ako ng tissue. Nung pagka wipe ko,may sumamang brown discharge. May konting blood. Basta yug parang last day na ng mens mo kung baga.. 2x ko na experience un ngayong araw. Anybody here na naka experience ng ganun?

Mga sis need help... Delayed ako ng 1 day, wala akong cramps sobrang masakit lang breast at nipples ko.. Tapos bigla ako nagkaroon ng 1 day, di ganon kalakas tapos yung breast ko medyo masakit pa din... Preggy po kaya yun? Thanks po!

sobrang sad ko today, all the while i thought preggy na ko kahit hindi ko sinasabi kay hubby na high hopes ako. i have some of symptoms like burping, feeling nasusuka after meal, mainit yung body temperature, sentive nipples pero hindi yung breast. pero today 31st day of my 30 days cycle - BFN. napanaginipan ko pa naman kagabi na nagtest daw ako, kaso dun sa panaginip ko di ko daw makita yung second line. nakakaloka talaga, this is my last chance sana kasi kung nakabuo kame hindi na matutuloy yung operation ko (laparoscopy to remove my 5cm endometrioma).

gusto ni hubby magpatest ako ng blood para daw mas accurate kaso sabi ko sa kanya aasa na naman ako tapos masasaktan na naman pag nakita ko negative. nakakalungkot lang talaga kasi feeling ko buntis na talaga ako, and i prayed talaga na sana makabuo kame kahit alam ko consider at miracle yung pwede mangyari because of my medical condition (endo plus pco).
