Athena "Beautrition" Milk/ Chocolate Drink?

i will buy this later and will see if it will really make me beautiful from within hehe. i drink non-fat milk usually at night lang because of calcium needs. pero i would like to try this because of the anti-oxidants. i really want to start a healthy lifestyle. Kamusta ba mga lasa sis. I am used to drinking fresh milk baka kasuya sya?? do you drink this hot or cold? i plant o put honey na rin para added nutrients

I like drinking Athena kasi even if I sleep late and I have to wake up early, hindi feeling kulang yung sleep ko siguro dahil mahimbing. I am not fan of the taste though kasi vanilla taste I don't like. I will try choco for my next box. I only drink every night.

I'm taking this milk too. ang pinaka-downside lang talaga neto is kahit anong stir/mix ang gawin mo, at kahit anong init ng tubig mo, may mga buo-buo pa rin talaga. at ayoko pa naman ng ganon, nakakadiri inumin kasi. sana yun yung baguhin nila para okay na lahat. okay naman yung white variant, pero mas masarap yung chocolate.

feeling ko naman nanaba ako dito. ako naman normal room temp. na water then mix ko hangang wala ng buobuo then lagyan ko ng malamig na water. so far walang buobuo.

^^yes i agree. it's so hard to dilute completely. ako kasi ginagawa ko tinutunaw ko sa hot water then i pour in cold water. pero yung nga kakainip maghalo at kahit anong gawin hindi ko sya matunaw lahat. and kadiri talaga yun buo buo pero kinakain ko pa rin dahil sayang. haha

nakakainis diba? haha. nakakapagod din mag-mix kahit papano syempre. actually yung akin nga as in 100% hot water lang eh. walang halong cold water. boiled pa yung water ko. di pa rin talaga completey nagssettle yung particles.

Hi mga sis... Im a newbie here ask ko lang if maganda talaga effect ng athena milk??? I want to try kasi and i want to make it sure na hindi siya totaly nakaka gain ng weight since im giving birth to my 1st baby nadagdagan na weight ko before kasi  im too skinny... Thank you mga sis

^sis better ask your OB about this milk coz you have a different condition e. but to answer your question, i am not gaining weight because i simultaneously started my "less carbs" diet, but i don't think the milk makes you eat more either. coz i can manage to just eat a banana and drink this at night without feeling hungry, unless i sleep uber late. hth!

@sis femmeandglam: i think i discovered (accidentaly) a way to lessen, if not totally eliminate undiluted milk powder hehe. coz when i started putting the milk box inside the ref, it did not form clumps anymore. i still stir in hot water and once the powder has been completely dissolved, i pour in warm water.

Hi!  Nag send ako earlier ng reply kaso di ata nagsend kasi nag automatic sign-out profile ko! hahaha

Anyway, Im a single mom to a very hyper 6 year-old boy, just graduated from college (as in full load every sem. = full of stress), I am an insomniac, an occasional drinker and a chain-smoker.  Pimples on my chin and cheeks popped out, then sobrang parang lagi akong pagod and I get irritated with almost anything!  Because of that, I've started looking and trying for ways to buffer the bad effects of my lifestyle so one of those I've tried is to take Athena before bedtime.

I don't know for other girls, but since I've started drinking Athena about 4 months ago, tumaas energy level ko sa umaga but at the same time, I sleep really well at night.  As in before kasi, if not puyat, putol-putol sleep ko and parang lalo ako napapagod sa tulog ko! Hahaha Moving on, kuminis na ulit skin ko and di na ko mabilis mapikon.  Maybe because I'm more rested now.

So there!  For ladies like me, I strongly recommend Athena!

wow nice review sis.. i bought one box today.. based sa description ng product, kailangan ko talaga to..
ok lang ba to drink 2 glasses a day na hinde specific ang time?  tipong anytime of the day lang.. i ready 2 glasses and put it in 1 bottle then ref. and consume it in 1 day.. ok lang ba yun? o dapat talaga before bedtime?

Habang tinatype ko to umiinom ako nito. =))) I love this drink especially the chocolate flavor. Hindi ko na siya nilalagyan ng asukal pero natatabangan ako. Kaya what I do is hinahalo ko sa wintermelon tea or sa chalife para tumamis. Not really sure if I have a weird taste or gutom ako lagi pero nasasarapan ako. lol
