Athena "Beautrition" Milk/ Chocolate Drink?

guys, sino po sa inyo have tried athena? some says effective dw [textspeak!] to for our skin and body. not only calcium yung content nya.. it also has anti -oxidants + nMmaintain yung slim figure ntn. im on my 2days on it pero di ko alam ilang days/weeks/ months ko pa aantayin to notice the effect. hehe

ay may choco flavor din pala nito? im an anlene consumer and im on my 1st pa lang of drinking athena milk, i drink this before bedtime, as of now, wala pa naman akong napapansin na effect. mejo nanibago lang ako sa lasa pero dati pa nung red pa ang box nito umiinom na ko nito, good thing bumalik na athena sa market.

i bought these too... not much effect but then, it's milk and it's healthy so might as well drink it instead of the soda, iced tea and other sugary drinks. maybe the good effect will come out or be noticeable in the long-run. patience girls... =D

how much one box nito? i drink bear brand strerilized milk, the one that comes in a box. it has zinc so its good for the skin. pero ambilis ko maubos. since athena is powdered, mas matagal to bago maubos so i'd like to try this. and may zinc din siya which is good.

I want this beautrition effect  , may effect na ab sa inyo mga sis? I like the fact that is high in calcium, anti-oxidant, Vit A, Vit E in a form of milk.

^Thanks sis skyajoves  . Yun rin yung nagustuhan ko dito sa Athena Beautrition, tama ka na iwas osteoporosis lalo na i'm not getting younger na. Although nasa mid 20's na ako, feeling ko kasi hindi enough yung calcium intake ko kaya i should better try this Athena Beautrition, too bad hindi siya available sa groceries dito sa amin. Maybe sa leading stores sa mall or mercury ko toh mabibili.

I'm not a milk drinker, but i better start drink milk na para in the long run hindi ako mag-suffer from bone deficiency .

Guys, this milk is really effective. I don't know if it's just psychological but it actually made my skin so supple and that's after drinking 2 boxes. It also made me more lean and toned up my muscles. My officemate was the one who recommended this to me and I could attest that it's very effective for both of us. The thing is, we both gained weight - we're both on the petite and skinny side so it actually good for us.

Oh no! gained weight  , that sounds trouble for me hehe . Sis did you drink this 2 times a day? or just once a day. I saw on the box na two times a day pero i'm planning once a day lang like everynight . I don't want to gain weight, nasa diet program ako ngayon. Ooops let me clarify lang ha? I did gain weight pero alam mo yung sobrang nice yung pagain mo kasi para siyang hindi taba eh. Super naging tone up ang braso and tummy ko. I swear! Ewan ko lang kasi non-fat naman ito eh.

Nakakaganda talaga siya ng skin.

Me and my officemate are super glowing kaso what's funny is nawawala yung glow kapag hindi mo siya tinuloy. So dapat tuloy tuloy siya. Yung 1 box that's good only for about a week. Mahal nga lang siya talaga na maintenance.

 I think makakatulong siya sa intense pilates ko. Will right a review after a week about Athena

once a day ko lang siya iniinom.. medyo natatamisan ako kasi laking nido ako e..  good for me kung nakakabigat siya kasi skinny din ako.. pero mas like ko pa din yung lasa ng bear brand sterilized na ready to drink na and cheaper din.. zinc primarily ang habol ko sa milk..

hi sisses, im drinking athena chocolate flavor... so far wala pa ako nakikitang effect sa skin... pero napansin ko noon na nakaka blooming sya.. sana lang wag ako tumaba. sa gabi lang ako umiinom nakakalimutan ko pa minsan...

is this effective for skin? I'm taking zinc supplement kasi ang sobrang ganda ng effect sa skin and hair ko, glowing talaga skin ko, so since may zinc to at iba pang anti-oxidants e baka effective din siya. Yun nga lang, pinipimples kasi ako sa milk like when I took bear brand sterilized, so worried lang ako baka magbreak out ako dito.

Anyone can attest to this? tia 

And as many of you have mentioned, kailangan ko na rin ng something for my bones, 20s pa lang pero alam mo naman kailangan na mag-ingat. Gain weight is a big plus too
